Both the S650 and the S550 have some nice features compared to the S197 that include the independent rear end and interior, but the S197 will always have that superior body style imo 😎

@ I’ve seen some of the S650 interior and yes it definitely has come a long way from the S197. But the S197 to me give u that muscle car feel and give you that hot wheel vibes

Suspension is your best friend! Beefing up the Swaybars, getting higher quality RLCA, a proper wheel and tire setup and Coilovers have made the biggest difference on my car. Feels very firm and planted

Hmmm… I would start by resting the system.

Many V6 mustang owners have brought this issue to the media’s attention from the research I’ve done and from experience, I discovered my ticketing coming from the purge valve located on the top of the engine. I could very well be wrong but I noticed when I changed my purge valve, the ticketing reduced significantly.

Good question! This is my first car and I wanted to make the most fun out of it with the stretched income I have. Many people modify 5.0’s for good reasons but I genuinely wanted to build the car not around power but performance handling. I’ve never wanted a 5.0 so it hasn’t crossed my mind. That’s not to say my mindset won’t change but I’m happy with the 3.7 for the time being.

@@LoganScott.I also have a 3.7 which is my first car. I’m just saying you’ve put enough money into it that you could buy a 5.0 with that. You wouldn’t need to do much to the engine but could do handling and basically have a faster version of your car now. Also curious why you wouldn’t want a 5.0

I needs to be cleaned every few months it seems. I did mine yesterday because it wouldn’t shift from 2nd to 3rd

You can drive in either and nothing will change. Only difference is if you decide to use the button on the side of your shifter then yes, you need it in sport mode. If it’s in “Drive” then the button will not work.

@@LoganScott. That's wonderful to hear! Not about the easy bake oven, obviously. I've been hardcore researching the trims that come with the 3.7, as it's going to be my next car. I've decided to go with a 2012 V6, because I like the look of the hood and back better, but I like the front headlights on the 13-14 better, as well as how the body panels are paint matched (but I can always change that), and I like the candy canes (tails) on the 11-12 better. I don't like how the front hood has the heat extractors or how it looks like a GT500 for the 13-14. Plus the 13-14 are still upwards of 15k, which is mind-blowing.
