MASSIVE THANK YOU to my amazing patreons!!

Mix it in??? Nobody mixes it in. Nobody.
Mix it. 🤮
If you mixed it, the lettuce would get extra soggy
People might stop following you if you mix it
Don’t mix it brother. The veggies would be all wilted and warm and gross. The veg has to be crunchy and fresh.
Don’t mix it brother. The veggies would be all wilted and warm and gross. The veg has to be crunchy and fresh.
You're too funny! They dont mix it bc the meat is hot. Nothing grosser than turning lettuce and tomatoes slimey by mixing them with hot meat and cheese. The veggies are a TOPPING. Lol.
P.S. if you dont like messy eating, how are you going to eat BBQ?
Yeah, I'm laughing thinking of the day he realizes no one eats those ribs drenched in BBQ sauce with a knife and fork, lol. He's going to have to dig out that inner child before he comes to visit!
Also it would become a meat salad (like a potato or macaroni salad) 🤮
Exactly lol
He’ll need a quick stop at Costco. Wet wipes in bulk!
@@rachellevel8982 🤣🤣
"it's the same thing in a different shape." That young man just accurately described 90% of Taco Bell's menu.
Dude described 90% of food whatsoever. Chinese dumplings, Italian ravioli -- both just stuff in a dough pocket, innit.
@@grabble7605but flavours totally different my dear
Well.... pretty much all Mexican foods. My dad always says that. "Dad, I'm bringing Mexican food, what do you Want?" Dad, "It doesn't matter, it's all the same thing."
The problem here is that they never put the sauce on it. That’s the most important thing. Then it doesn’t just taste like salad. Sad that they didn’t do that. The sauce makes it!
If they put all hot, HOT sauce on it, I wouldn't eat it and I imagine a lot of other people wouldn't either. I like that they offer you different sauces with different heat levels.
@@FourFish47 I actually like the mild sauce. It just tastes better to me
Thank you. I’ve gotten tired of having to make this comment. I’m glad you got there first.
In the original video Jolly did with just the two of them - they didn't have any sauces either and they got dragged in the comments for it then also. Personally, I hate Taco Bell as it is. But I also feel like you shouldn't need to put sauce on any foods you get (unless it's meant to be put together mind you) so the guys (and now the kids here) not having any sauces is fine. But the internet, internets I guess lol
Agreed, sauce is key. Also, someone back me up that it must be eaten straight from the kitchen. In these vids they always pick it up and take it who knows how far before it sits who know how long before it’s eaten. The defense rests.
They’re getting a mouthful of salad because they’re eating the tacos sideways (from the circular side). Authenticity of Tex Mex iceberg lettuce aside, you’re supposed to eat from the narrow ends. It’s like complaining you just get cheese and bread eating a burger from the top 😂
😂
Yea they eating it wrong
Tbf, the thing is 90% lettuce, 10% meat slush.
"It don't look good but apparently it's really good." Yeah, that pretty much sums up Taco Bell.
Fun fact. The cinnamon twists are really just deep fried rotini with cinnamon sugar added once they are freshly removed from the oil. You put them in a bag with a measured amount of cinnamon sugar in it and shake them up and they're ready. Many people don't believe this when they hear it, but just try it for yourself if you have an oil-based deep-frier (not an air fryer, it needs oil).
The cheesy gordita crunch also has shredded threese blend melted to hold the soft taco to the hard taco, so even if the hard one breaks, it's held together. It's soo delicious.
I didn’t like your comment. I loved it.
Taco Bell advice…
1. Eat immediately after you get it. Either at the restaurant or in your car.
2. Diablo sauce.
3. Nothing soft shell/flour tortillas. They taste like plastic
4. MEXICAN PIZZA and NACHOS BELLGRANDE are must order items.
Nachos Bell Grande for the win -- but I doctor mine up by adding extra sour cream and extra cheese (I zip home and add my own).
@@johnw8578 good call. I add jalapeños and also get an extra order of basic nachos. That way you get extra cheese and crispy chips on the side.
Diablo, Fire, and Mild... Verde if they still had it :/.
I've never had a problem with their soft tacos tasting off and I'm usually fairly picky about detecting odd/off flavors. I wonder if it's a regional thing sourcing different shells or something.
The best taco bell menu item of all time was the double decker. I can never truly forgive them for taking that away and they also owe me a ton of royalties because I designed the Dorito Loco Taco years before they came up with the idea.
@@TheRealMasonYoung YES! Good call. The double decker was great. The soft tortilla with the refried beans holding the the taco together was perfection. Some places will still do it if you ask. That said, I stand by my original statement that the flour tortillas are typically very bad/stale.
@@imbateman There was always something just so simple and right about the flavor combination and all. Sort of like how I never change what's on a Big Mac (no addons or take offs or anything). They just are what they are supposed to be. I had a girl make me one right after they took it off the menu without me even knowing it was gone, but I fear that the employees now probably would have no clue how to even do it... such a shame. Yeah stale wraps would be crap. My area eats a lot of fast food and Taco Bell stays constantly busy, so I'm guessing their volume of sale is influencing how long things are even in store able to become stale.
Yes, that is the right order. You must have the sauce!! Everything is boring without the sauce
11:20 The cheese rollup is just shredded cheese rolled up in a torilla, man, and it costs one dollar. It is exactly "You've got no money..." -- But you can have them add stuff to it. Throw in some potatoes and nacho cheese (a spiced cheese sauce) and it's a pretty bangin' bundle of carbs. Couple of 'em fill you up fine for pennies.
I like the headmaster's comments. I think the kids are fortunate to have someone who is so easy-going
We have so many taco trucks over here now that pretty much everyone knows Taco Bell is not as good now. But... the taco trucks normally pack up at 9pm so if you want tacos after that you are stuck with Taco Bell. And if you are wondering, each truck is usually its own mini-business so its rare to find two of the same kind. And let me tell you, the authentic Mexican tacos out of these trucks are outstanding compared to Taco Bell. Like, these tacos are amazing.
Im pretty sure they dont mix the lettuce cause it would wilt the lettuce too quickly and would just be extra work, also ive never seen a hard taco made any other way, but I love the original crunchy tacos from TB
If you're not making a mess then it's not good. 😂
I never understand this. Tacos come wrapped in paper. Some of the toppings fall off in the paper due to a thing called gravity. Maybe they should put glue on their tacos in the UK so nothing falls off the taco lol.
That's the best part, picking up what fell on the paper with your fingers or licking it up 😂
Yes!!!! Messy is the best part!!!! 😅
You can get flour tortillas if you are afraid of it breaking lol.
But the hard shell is hard. Sometimes if it gets soggy on the bottom it breaks along the bottom or if you press on it. But just biting into it won’t break the whole thing.
Ex-employee here, taco bell makes the food as an assembly line. Meat and beans first as a hot item then the veggies and cheese then sour cream/guacamole. In taco bell you have to keep the hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold because you are actually graded on it from mystery shoppers that get back to corporate and effect your pay/bonuses. Chalupa is a fried soft taco tortilla. Supreme in taco bell language denotes that there are sour cream and tomatoes added... nonsupremes don't. Baja blast is a Mt. Dew drink and contracted to taco bell as the only restaurant (in a certain amount of years) to carry it in restaurants. You can actually get it in regular stores.
The reason the ingredients in tacos are not mixed together is because the hot ground beef will make the cold crispy lettuce soggy.
And you don't eat the taco from the top, ie, along the curved edge.
But you tilt the taco so that it's at 45° angle or greater so that you can bite the meat and the lettuce and tomato and cheese all at the same time.
Almost every American likes Taco Bell even though there are stories about reconstituted meat and reconstituted refried beans there's something about it that people love and it's quite addictive.
A lot of people can literally eat five tacos in one sitting as well as a burrito.
It's just tasty reliable fast food that really satisfies you.
My go-to is either crunchy taco supreme or mexican pizza, but I like trying random things on the menu. I am very rarely let down. And of course cinnamon twists. Supreme just means they add sour cream.
and tomatoes
The Mexican pizza is fire. Glad they brought it back.
The “ supreme” means that it has sour cream. Tacos are always layered. The Crunch Wrap was designed to eat on the go… one handed
There's melted cheese between the solf and hard shells - yum
fun fact i learned after working at taco bell : the cinnamon twists are made by deep frying noodles.
If i have a choice between McDonald's vs Taco Bell, I go with Taco Bell.
Not that Mickie D's doesnt have its items that i don't like, just that overall I prefer the Bell!😊
Crunch wraps are my favorite.
It's all in how you eat it
Cheese roll-up? What rhe heck? We dont have that. Quesadilla's we have.
They have cheese roll ups at Taco Bell in the U.S. Just not a commonly ordered item. It's just cheese in a flour tortilla.
As someone who worked in a Taco Bell as a 15 year old, I will chime in.
First rule, these are not chef created meals, they are fast food. something put together in 2 min or less by high schoolers from pre-cooked ingredients. It's not going to be super high-quality meals, it's something fast and easy to eat while driving to work.
Mixing stuff together (even stuff like the meat and cheese which wouldn't be ruined by the heat of the meat) wouldn't work because not everyone wants one ingredient or another, so it has to be made right then. Mixing after the order is made would take too long.
I personally love the double tacos (because the crunchy taco can break all it wants, and the soft will keep it intact) and burritos. Both are easy to grab and eat, rather then worry about setting it on a table. Many of Taco Bell's more interesting meals like nacho supreme has to be eaten at a table with a fork to get it all. That's fine if you are going to eat once you reach your destination, but less useful for eating on the go.
I always get 3 soft tacos, a baja, And sometimes cinnamon twists. The soft tacos are best because i wrap it up like a burrito and eat it.
Tacos come in either hard shell or soft shell, diners' choice. The meat goes in first, then the vegetables and grated cheese on top. The reason that the meat and vegetables are not mixed is because people like to choose the veggies they want on the taco. Then, over the top goes the hot sauce. Most restaurants offer hot sauce choices, 3 or 4, depending on the degree of hot that people like. That's how you build a taco. And personally, I like the hard-shell tacos. And you learn how to eat them without the mess. From a guy in Texas.
A taco at Taco Bell has lettuce and cheese. Anything supreme adds tomato and sour cream.
lewis, i have never seen anybody as overly-excited as you get over these food videos.
Mountain Dew Baja Blast is actually a creation OF Taco Bell. Taco Bell created it, and Mt. Dew released it at first as a limited edition drink, but it became SO popular that its now a Mt. Dew regular flavor. Its not for everyone, and its polarizing. You either really love it, or you hate it. But I buy one every chance I get, matter of fact Im literally drinking one while watching this episode. Best thing at Taco Bell, imho.
I live in San Francisco in California and in 1 of the smaller towns just south of the city along the coast, there's a Taco Bell (by the sea). Taco Bell generally does not offer alcohol, but that location does! It's listed as "the most beautiful Taco Bell" in the world.
Look up: Taco Bell Pacifica California. LMK when you see it.
Baja is south of California.
The best thing on the menu, besides cinnamon twists, is the “beefy 5 layer burrito”.
My wife likes their “Mexican Pizza”.
Not sure how they do tacos in the UK but in my 55 years on this planet, every tacos I've ever had has started with the meat on the bottom. If you get a soft taco, you can fold it so that you get everything in one bite. Also, there's sauces that you can get for all of that. Don't know why they didn't try any of them. They're pretty good.
I use a fork to scoop up whatever falls out from biting into the taco. It's like having a mini taco salad at the end 😋
never had cinnamon before? he really is allergic to flavor 😂
Well he's from the UK. 😂
That’s how you make a taco, meat on the bottom, the Chalupa’s at Taco Bell is actually an Indian taco with a hard taco shell inside.
The headmaster knows how to eat tacos the right way.
The breakfast crunch raps are amazing
Cheesy Gordita Crunch is my all time fav!
Some people do mix it...its called a taco salad
Lot of restaurants serve it.
As an American, I can tell you, the best thing not on the menu is the cheesy gordita crunch, with "steak" instead of "beef". If you get anywhere near a taco bell, that is what you should order.
My love hate relationship with Taco Bell:
back in the day , my favorite TB meal was the 7 Layer Burrito (good combo of Bean dip, Sour Cream , and Guacamole, dice tomatoes, shredded cheese , some lettuce,, & seasoned rice)
now if you look online they will tell you they discontinued the 7 Layer because of stream lining . This is bullshit, they took all guacamole and avocado off their menu, due to the cost of avocados.
now the best you can do is get the 5 Layer (which takes the shredded cheese off and adds in cheese paste ; keeps spicy rice, sour cream, bean paste, and some form of red sauce)
over all my favorite is the Grilled Steak Burrito (this is the meatiest burrito on the menu,) most items dont contain meat, instead have a good to fair amount of bean paste.
DO NOT GO LOOKING FOR MEAT FILLED ITEMS AT TACO BELL, THEY JUST DONT EXIST HERE!!!
Best thing is the Mexican pizza at Taco Bell 😊
Taco Bell is for when you’re hammered drunk and want to just eat a lot something you know know you shouldn’t be eating. 😂
It’s suddenly the best food on the planet when drunk!! Agreed!!
Yep! Tacos are built in layers, the seasoned meat is at the bottom because its hot, the toppings and cheese go on top as they are cold, and you are supposed to bite it sideways so that you get some of each layer!!
Never heard of someone thinking a taco is supposed to have all the contents scrambled together before
The crunchwrap supreme is the best item on the menu
Its a large soft shell, a layer of meat and melted cheese on the bottom, then a flat hard shell, then shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes on top, they fold it together and put it in a press.
It’s actually genius and probably the only reason to eat Taco Bell since they don’t really do Mexican food like quesadillas, enchiladas, fajitas or tortas
That Crunchwrap Supreme Is Really Good, They Are Definitely Missing Out, I Hope L3WG Tries It, If He Ever Comes To The States Lol
Mexican pizza, and nachos bell grande are the items i think you would like from Taco Bell🤗
Its good to try food you never had. But here in Cali we have amazing authentic Mexican food, restaurants and taco trucks
The "Supreme" versions have extra refried beans and sour cream where the regular versions don't have sour cream. you can get quacamole sauce added, but you have to pay for it. The chalupa flour tortilla is deep fried in butter flavored oil. It tastes as good as a flour tortilla from a taco salad or bowl (which are brushed with butter and baked). When I was in high school tacos cost 65 US cents. They're still cheap, less than $2. If you buy the 12 pack "Party pack" it's $15 or $17, I think...
They forgot to provide them with Taco Bell sauce that make everything lots better. No one says "Bell Head", it has UK slang connotations to me (I know what a "bell end" is, btw. :))
The best TB is Beefy Chrunch burrito, it has flamin hot fritos, nacho cheese, mex rice, beef sour cream.
Meat on the bottom because it's hot. Cheese next, to kind of melt. Shredded lettuce and tomato on top to stay cool, temperature wise, and crisp. then sauce (like salad dressing). Love tacos. Put a flat, preferably flour, tortilla down on the paper wrapper to catch any dropped filling. If no flour tortilla is available, let the fallen filling drop onto the wrapper and eat it from the wrapper with more sauce, using a fork. Sounds complicated, but it's not.
Proper way to eat a taco is side-to-side vegetables mixed with the meat. Top to bottom starts with veg followed by all meat.
Yes, the meat is spooned on first then topped with lettuce, tomato and other toppings depending on what you get, that's how tacos are made, and yes, that's why you have to open your gob wide to take a huge bit of everything at once. Or, bite the lower meaty part then bite the "salad" part. And as others have said, you ALWAYS get sauce packets and pour it on top. Always. "Supreme" means with tomatoes and sour cream.
Baja Blast is my favorite Mountain Dew flavor, "tropical lime." It's exclusive to Taco Bell but they sometimes release it to stores. You have to grab it before they run out.
I really liked the desserts, Cinnamon Twists, Choco Taco (when they still had them, thankfully it's available in grocery stores), and the Cinnabon desserts! Yum! 😊
When I get Taco Bell (only if it's midnight or 1 am after Mexican restaurants are closed and I have a craving) I get the hard tacos. They're hit or miss with their sloppiness. Sometimes the damn shell is broken when you get the taco, but minimum wage workers=no f*cks given. So. I squeeze two packets of mild Taco Bell sauce into the taco. I open the shell a bit and the ingredients are usually glued to one side because of the refried beans or sour cream or the meat mix. I squeeze one packet on each side of the singredients to get an even diwtribution. I carefully bite on one end toward the bottom of the shell over the paper it was wrapped in to catch all the ingredients that fall out. You can then grab your second taco and unwrap it, open it up and pour in the stuff that fell out of the first one into the second one, sauce it up, and repeat...Or you can catch all the fallen ingredients on one wrapper and either eat it (with a fork) or pour that into your last taco and be careful not to spill anything. :)
If you mix it all together you'd have a tossed salad wrap. Who would want that?? When you make a Club sandwich, do you chop everything together before you put it between bread?
Yes, most Taco Bell items are layered. Taco shells can be either soft or hard, your choice. The crunchy ones are baked corn tortillas, the soft are flour tortillas.
Crunch wraps are good but I always open them up first and put taco sauce on it (fire sauce). They're basically a flat taco.
Taco Bell is cheap Americanized Mexican food. Which is to say it bears little resemblance to actual Mexican food but it's cheap and readily available.
Cinnamon twists are deep fried spiral pasta coated in cinnamon sugar mix. Just FYI. So simple to make.
Here is a tip. When eating a taco, put a taco shell under it. Anything that falls out will go to the taco shell and then you pick it up and eat it. My two favorite things at Taco Bell is the Mexican Pizza and the Nachos Bell Grande.
Okay here's the deal. I'm a sixty year old retired Chef and Chef instructor. Back when I was a teenager. Taco Bell was good! And I mean really good! But no more. Back in the late eighties early nineties someone in corporate decided that it would save them loads of money to Cook and prep all their food in a central facility and then freez it and ship it out to their multiple locations. It used to be that they made everything from scratch in each restaurant and the food was really good. Not anymore.
So what you are actually paying for is pre cooked, pre frozen "meat" ( it's only 80% actual meat and a good portion of that 80% is " pink slime" which is a meat like paste made from the ground up connective tissues , cartilage and other animal byproducts that are usually found in dogfood. And the remaining 20% is fillers.) Back in 2011 Taco Bell was actually successfully sued because the percentage of actual meat in their so called beef was actually below the U.S. government requirements to even call something beef. Then their food only contained 36% actual beef and beef byproducts.
And please understand this. Taco Bell IS NOT MEXICAN FOOD, NOR TEX-MEX. It's in a weird category all it's own. If you called it either of those here in Texas you'd either get laughed at or punched in the head depending on who you were talking to. It's garbage. But it's made to taste good. Especially for people who never knew how good it used to taste. It's still popular here in the States but then there are so many culinarily retarded people who were raised on nothing but McDonald's and other cheap garbage fast foods. So they have no idea about what real food is supposed to taste like.
Taco Bell , the last two times I tried it just a few years ago, made me physically ill for the rest of the day. I couldn't even finish what I had bought and I was really hungry.
Like I said I'm a chef. And I have no doubt whatsoever that I could take some rat meat and cook and season it perfectly that would have you licking your fingers afterwards. But you're probably going to be sick within just a few minutes. That's the reality of Taco Bell.
www.thedailybeast.com/cheats/2011/01/25/taco-bell-meat-only-36-percent-beef
You turn them and eat them from the side so you bite the top all the layers at once ,also eat over your wrapper so when your taco is done you have all the dropping to scoop up and eat
Cinnamon Twists are simply deep-fried twisted noodles tossed in Cinnamon and Sugar
I make crunchwraps at home all the time in Tennessee. Love them.
Beef enchirito is the best. Comes with onions if you want veg crap on it but I have it without. Dump the hottest sauce you can handle on it. It's covered in sauce so you eat it with a fork - no mess.
I miss the Santa Fe Beef Gorditas they made back in the late 90's, those were the best, I would eat 5 of them.
Tacos are made with the meat on the bottom and then the onions, lettuce, and cheese on top. Hard tacos can break apart, but that is half the fun of eating them.
If it was all mixed together, the salad part would not stay crisp. My husband and I kind of fight over the cinnamon twists. You might like the burrito supreme. Meat, sauce, tomato, lettuce, onions (if you want it), etc all wrapped in a softbread burrito roll. I love them. Plus there are sauces you can get to drizzle on over the tacos.
So truthfully Taco Bell cannot hold a candle to authentic. However they are good for a grab n go. And always get your sauce of choice. I personally go with tacos no lettuce and mild sauce, cinnatwists, and either root beer or Baja Blast (and Baja Blast is a Mountain Dew drink so its caffeine party!)
I actually just watched this earlier today! I love the headmaster!
secret to not shattering the shell on a taco. Even for hard ones, you put the ingredients in fresh and still steaming and let it sit for at least 5 minutes, in that time it will cool down to safe and melt the cheese if you used it, But it will also slightly soften the shell. Its when you use ingredients allowed to cool it can't really soften it and it shatters.
I buy the hard shell taco because it is easier to dump it out and mix it. But they don't mix it because the heat of the meat makes the veggies wilt so that it is visibly less food.
Ground seasoned meat at the bottom lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes on top. Very good. All tacos.
You can usually ask for extra ingredients for under a dollar, so you can alter the ratios to your heart’s content. :)) I’m a vegetarian, so I get my Taco Bell with beans instead of beef.
@L3WG you don't mix the salad in with the meat. Because you don't want the HOT meat to wilt the cold veg. There is this weird HARMONIOUS vibe that works with the way a taco is layered. And YES there is a difference between a hard shell taco (very Americanized) vs a soft shell (street taco).
Usually, regular crunchy tacos (aka fried tacos) from Taco Bell will fall apart. Fried Tacos will not fall apart. I'm SO glad I'm watching while eating my lunch!
"its the same thing, in a different thing," most accurate words ever spoken about Taco Bell!!!
Baja Blast is a Mountain Dew that is exclusively sold at Taco Bell because both are owned by PEPSICO.
Tomorrow Bell also has little mild or hot sauce packets too. The mild sauce makes everything better.
Love Taco Bell. Opinions vary on what is good there wildly, but everyone can find something there they’ll like.
I always get the crunchwrap, a mexican pizza, and a burrito or chalupa. The supreme is for when you get the extra veg and sour cream
Ah, Taco Bell! My fave fast food. Best bang for your buck too. Love it!
My go-to is two steak chaulpas light lettuce add guacamole and two 5 layers swap in steak, add guacamole. For great regular tacos, street tacos are the best but you have to go to the more night life areas of cities.
No, meat (that's hot) then cheese (so it's melty), then sauces/salsa/chopped tomatoes, then lettue, possibly more sauce. That is THE traditional 'recipe'. Taco bell is hit & miss.
My Taco Bell "go to" order is:
Cinnamon Twists x2 $1.00ea. $2.00
Customized Steak Quesadilla Supreme (supreme means w/ sour cream & tomato) It comes w/ steak a 3 cheese blend & creamy Jalapeno sauce. I also add: Guacamole, extra steak, & chipotle sauce. Total: $9.64
and I grab 2-4 each of the mild, hot & fire packets. Now I'm a 'flaver' gal, and either the hot or the Fire is crap. I THINK it's the hot, but I can never recall, so I put on the mild (I know it's good on flavor, and I use it to chill out the other good one that's more hot than the mild) It's not that I mind the heat as much as I want the flavor & dislike the distraction of a body part disintegrating - ok, feeling like it is. So I taste a drop of each of the other 2, determine the good one & the crap one, toss the crap one (return unused ones to bins they're stored in) , toss the good one on the quesadilla & dig in.
If I'm really peckish (no, I'm American, but I am 54%(?) Maybe it's 56 or 58... they keep 'adjusting it' still, mostly. Mostly British, so I'm familiar ;) I might also grab a bowl of either the black beans or the pinto beans so that's another $2.39
So, out 'on the cheap' I spend $11.64 worst case I spend $14.03
Actually, I USUALLY have sour cream, Guac & tomatoes at home, so likely I really only spend $9.64 on the cheap, and $12.03 worst case... but if I'm not headed home... or I'm eating there.... oh, wait, sometimes I add lettuce too so + $0.60 if I do.
We make our own toco's at home, buy your taco shells, taco sauce, and seasoning packets cook your hamburger follow the instructions on seasoning package, and top with shredded lettuce and cheese, or onion, on your taco. or google for other varriations
the top bite is salad and cheese. plus whatever sauce you apply. I always use the 'fire sauce', myself.
Taco Bell has been an American favorite. I worked there for a summer when I was a teenager and they had a bonfire out front at night.
OMG! You've NEVER had a taco, Lewis?!🤯 You're seriously missing out.🌮 My favorites @ TB is the Mexican pizza and crunchy tacos.
I'm surprised the Jolly Taco Bell videos don't include burritos.
Beefy 5 layer burrito. It is really good. There is a Taco Bell about 5 minutes from me. Here in the US, Taco Bell is everywhere.
I don't understand why you're so confused about layering your tacos. What kind of psychopath makes the meat, chops the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, gets the sour cream and salsa, and then just dumps it all in a bowl together and mixes it up and THEN puts it in a shell/bread? You don't even see that in a Mexican restaurant.
If I find myself at a Taco Bell, I get the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It's very satisfying and more-ish. We don't go to Taco Bell much anymore since there's a taco truck nearby that is TO DIE FOR, but we buy their brand of Fire Sauce in bottles to put on burritos we make at home. Now I'm hungry, so will make myself a cheese rollup with Fire Sauce (agree, why order that?).
Not to be “that guy” but these “British kids eat American food” bits filmed in the U.K. are always a bit crazy-making because too many things are done wrong, and I’d say the food prep must be suspect. The way to eat Taco Bell is 1) use the drive-thru, 2) get a bag full of hot sauce packets, and 3) quickly pull into a quiet parking lot and eat everything while it’s still warm, with lots of taco sauce.
Lemme help you with the art of eating a taco...
Besides the 1st and last bites, ALWAYS take two bites before chewing it up. Go high then low. Then chew.
Also... taco sauce is a must. Tacos are NOT the same with the sauce. At all.
Bonus info... Taco Bell's menu items are "supreme" when they have sour cream and tomatoes added.
They don’t mix it because they’re not supposed to the mean is on the bottom because everything else is just toppings. That’s why it’s not mixed and there’s some things on the tacos. People like to take off let’s get a taco when you get something you don’t want on it you can just take it off the top.
They’re supposed to eat from the ends not the top! 😉The crunch wrap supreme is much better with nacho cheese added on and you guys needed the taco sauce packets!
Does anyone remember the discontinued Taco Bell item that was cheese, meat, and pico sauce in a small flour tortilla? I used to get it sans pico (as tomatoes are disgusting) and it was an awesome snack just meat and cheese wrapped up. Mmmmm 🤤.
Meximelt
All tacos are in layers with the meat first then the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and the sauces. The contents are never mixed up.
The best way to eat them is within the paper wrapper. It’s less messy that way.
But real, Mexican-style tacos are amazing. Once you’ve had real Mexican food, you’ll never be satisfied with the Taco Bell versions ever again.
Man…the crunchy taco had me cracking up! Eating it from the top…I eat them from the side
I enjoy their Burritos, Chicken Quesadillas and also their Mexican Pizzas when they have them on the menu. Taco Bell changes their menu more than any other fast food chain and it can get annoying.
Those kids and the cup full of mountain dew 😂
You bite the top then bite the bottom so you have salad as y’all call and you get meat. It actually balances it out because the sauce is usually on top of the lettuce. So you kinda take two bites as one.
The ingredients in all the supreme foods are the same. You can get various meals with less ingredients, such as a bean burrito w/ beef burger.
