Hey is there any chance to get the file to this model anywhere? I would love to print it! I don’t have an iPad/nomad to create one myself so thought I would ask for the file, looks wicked!
Hi Dave. Great videos! There is one thing I didn't get it though. In the next video you both print it as a whole and in multiple parts. Whole print also looks good. I couldn't see the difference. Why do you print it in parts?
I voxel remesh; I believe joining will leave sections within the model that can hold resin. Voxel remeshing together as one will eliminate that problem 👍🏾
Hi Dave i am becaing crazy find the way to create a character from nomad (followiong you great teach) and then send it to my 3d slicing software...NO WAY to create a good one...how do you prepare your character for the 3d slicing software? grazie mille
Model might be low res but not appear to be in nomad (maybe bc of smooth shading) experiment with it. The different voxel remesh resolutions, try with smooth shading on or off. Try a regular sphere to see if it looks the same. If it does it may be the slicer, if not it may be your sculpt!
I have been looking for a video like this for a long time!
My deepest thanks to you❤❤❤

It’s available on my Patreon! 🤘🏾
Hi! Thank you for your video. I want to ask a thing. When i finished sculting, do i need to remesh all the component into one mesh for 3d print?
I love the names. Teefies and Feeties 😍
😂😂 I feel embarrassed about it, but I also can’t help it! 😊

Separate parts can be painted more cleanly then glued together - painting is really really difficult to get right, I’m not very skilled in painting 👍🏾
Holy cows. Thank you.
When you say you joined them to print it as one item, did you voxel remesh it all so that it was one mesh or did you only have to join them?

how much did you need to scape by? Is there a benefit to do it in nomad to keep detail resolution?
I don’t think so, but it’s nice to be able to have a consistent size in nomad. If I have to adjust reprint a piece it makes that easier too 👍🏾

Export as stl file to slicer
@@drugfreedave i did this but the quality was bad! :(
