More great tips for me to follow. Presently building a 1/48 me 262 and will follow your 1/72 tips. I’d like to get this kit soon and follow your panel line method.
I'm glad that was just a "what if" type of aircraft, and never went past the design stage. History might be a lot different, for the worse. Great build...keep up the good work.
I finally scored this kit for a good price and already have most of it together a day after opening the box.. I may actually use the color scheme you used for yours, minus the camo, but great build and thanks for sharing,
This plane screams out for a diorama. I'm thinking of sand, with a man in a fedora, leather jacket and with a whip, fighting a huge Teutonic aircrewman . . . . . know what I mean?
You seem to have mastered Vallejo paints very well, esp for the top camo. Some questions: 1) Could I ask what is your paint to thinner ratio? 2)And what thinner do you use? 3) Also at 7.35, did you say you mixed Vallejo with Tamiya paints? How was the result? Thank you :)
1) nothing specific- every bottle of Vallejo air seems to be a different consistency, so I just go till it’s like 2% milk 2)Vallejo Thinner 3) I didn’t mix the paints- I sprayed Tamiya paints separately on top of Vallejo as a shading color. Vallejo and Tamiya WILL NOT MIX- one is water the other is basically lacquer
I have one model of this interesting plane. The possible air vector, of The nuclear bomb of Germany, in the case of that the nuclear cientists are to achieve this weapon, but was really really late to this. Nice build, it's really amazing! The african desert scheme, looks so beautiful. Greetings from Guatemala, the Land of Quetzal Bird, simbol of Freedom.
Hi. The model is very nice. Can you explain me why you put also the 2 italian fascist symbol decals (the light blue ones) on the bow even if it is a german nazi plane? Furthermore, one of those italian symbols is upside down, see minute 10.04. Thank you.
Oops about the upside down, lol. As to why they are included, to be honest I don't even know where I found them. I've not yet built an Italian plane, so how I got my hands on them is something of a mystery lol. Now that you've mentioned it I have invented a reason, however- since this is alt-history, and the plane has been painted as something operating out of the mediterrian/north african region, my story from now on will be that the squadron it is attached too was formed around an old Italian squadron after the NSDAP decided italy was a liability as a distinct entity, and absorbed Italy and her providences into the Reich. Her airfields and aircrews were melded into the Luftwaffe, and one of these new luftwaffe bomber squadrons adopted the old flank roundel of it's prior airforce as it's new squadron insidgnia.
@@TheWaggishAmerican Well.... I can understand. I like this sort of sci-fi but, just for your information, as jet propulsion planes started being used at the end of ww2, the italian Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana of the fascist Repubblica di Salò (1943/1945), did not used that simbol on their airplanes.
@@armandozaffiri4703 All I can do is shrug and say "in this alternate history they did" lol. Maybe in the world where the war progressed into 1946 and these babies were lighting up the Atlantic coast of the US, Hitler had realized what a burden Mussolini was in 40 or 41 and that is when the integration into the Reich occurred.

The reason there are few parts is because this plane never happened!, if the War had gone on another five years and dear old Hitler had seen sense and listened to his minions then , yes this Aircraft would have existed, there’d be more detail inside and out, the only thing you could say is lucky they didn’t win the War!😳

Absolutely love it, that dark wash would freak me out in case the paint or decals were affected. Great looking model
This plane is more like some sort of spaceship than a bomber! Well, for example, say, on the millennium falcon ...

Simple but impressive, love it
Nice job. Its videos like these that make me want to get back into the hobby.
Thanks, and you should!
Nice build! Fun to watch.
Great idea for the color scheme! Nicely done. You might want to think about a dark wash on the engine exhausts.
It's a bit too late to do a wash, but I'll got through and hit it with a dark weathering powder.
That might even work better.
Wow have two of these beauties in my stash. Such a impressive build.
Thanks! You should get em off the stash and onto a shelf!
Great presentation, you have a very nice style to you videos
Great job on the Luft 46 bomber. I like the camouflage paint scheme. Happy modeling.

You should try to build the tu95 in 1/72, oh and does anybody know the song that plays throughout the build of this fantastic model?
Nice build! I enjoyed watching this all the way through. Keep up the good work! :D
What brush size do you use and what's the brand of brush?
HP-C Plus with whatever comes standard on it. I'm switching to a Neo this year though
Do you have the number of the Eduard Mask for the Arado there?
I don't, sorry, I didn't use it.

I remember that plane in the first indiana jones.
I think you may be mistaken there, the aircraft in Raiders of the Lost Ark didn't have jet propulsion it was propeller driven. Best wishes Vic.
@@vicparratt7523 Oh yes I remember now, although the shape of the aircraft was quite similar.
why use the same song over again?
Didn’t have other on available at the time. I edited this video on a plane ride and had the limited selection of what was already downloaded.
