Chrona actually killed Medusa by stabbing her multiple times cause Medusa was acting very kindly towards Chrona which triggered something inside him/her due to his/her experiences with Medusa being such a horrible parent causing Chrona to believe that Medusa was not Medusa. In my opinion, you should do a fact video for Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series. The main problem with that is that it is books and there has only been four manga's made out of them over the first two books. Onto the video, it was awesome and I loved the fact you mentioned that Kid and Asura were related. I hate the fact they left something that major out of the anime adaptation.

The anime ever adapted about 30% of the series somewhat faithfully. And the manga is much better than the anime original crap the anime team came up with.

In the manga, when the spider lady (i'm pretty sure it said she was medusa's sister) was killed, Medusa takes some of her sister's remaining power and her hair turns black. I read the manga and watched the anime a super long time ago so i have no idea if i'm right.
For anyone who's curious, the full Soul Eater Not series is available on UA-cam. It's a... decent easy to binge watch show. It's much different than Soul Eater though. It's more of a drama set in the world of Soul Eater and focuses more on the viewpoint of a weapon character and not a meister. I just finished watching it in 2 days and enjoyed it for what it is
