What to do when you feel like doing nothing (burn out, unproductive, unmotivated)

- For the past 2 weeks, I've been feeling a bit unmotivated and unproductive when it comes to content creation. But now I'm back on track, and it's all thanks to these 3 tips that I share in this video.

I want to make it clear that I am not a professional in productivity or something like that. I'm just a medical student who loves filmmaking and wants to inspire people by sharing what has worked for me and all the lessons I've learned through my journey.
And one piece of advice if you are just starting: do not compare yourself with people on social media.
