  • You're probably feeling down, you have no motivation and discipline, I used to be like that as well. But actually, you might not be lazy, you're probably just burnt out. I will teach you how to get back on track again.

    Yo bro. I'm feeling the same burnt out right now. Can't do anything but still pushing myself and also not feeling that good. So i decided to take a 3 days off. But my question is that isn't we get in a loop hole after this ?
    Example:- If we reached the limit of 1 hour workout and started to feel a burnout. Then we take a break, restart with small steps and again reached the same level as we were before. Isn't it a loop hole bro ? Like I'm not seeing progress in this way

      Two key things: progressive overload and consistency. The goal of starting all over again is to improve your discipline (consistency) so you don't quit. And then you start progressively overloading so you can reach your potential. If you have discipline, then you won't get into any kind of bad loophole, because you show up every day to work, gym, reading or whatever you're trying to improve.
