You can use Teflon paste but not Teflon tape that sensor needs to ground through those threads

Exhaust on the square body go 2.5 inch thrush glas packs I loved mine on my 94 5.0 Ford
Mine usually end up with 2 inch true dual straight pipe exhaust and glass packs and 90's behind the tires

Tell Dedik to keep in mind that some paints are not compatible. Auto Zone Laquer paint may go on top of what was there, but you may have issues painting over the top of it. He may have to take it back down to bare metal, then use an etch primer. Should never mix differant types of paint.

Believe it or not I've owned several gm square body trucks no one ton dually or crew cab or suburbans but I had a few k10 and k20 4x4 trucks and I even used to own a 82 GMC Sierra c15 305sbc factory no ac 4spd manual shift transmission swapped out to a th350 automatic transmission Jimmy was a very solid truck
This truck reminds me of my 82 Chevy k20 Silverado 6.2 litre diesel 4x4 4spd manual shift transmission swapped out to a 305 h.o. sbc th400 hd np208 automatic transmission and part time transfer case,, it was a faded red but looked pink with black cab fiberglass whip antennas and a black pinstripe and that truck also had a exhaust leak or a few of them when I got it,i had a walker dynomax slip fit 2.25 aluminized dual glass pack exhaust kit from summit racing and the glass pack mufflers were swapped out with a set of 12 inch long case dynomax race magnum straight through glass pack mufflers and the factory rear dual side exit 90's was hideous loud loved that truck, and the last 86 chevy k20 custom deluxe long bed well used 4x4 farm truck was midnight blue and frost gloss white center and the tailgate it was a rusty truck but it is the only one I had that had the torque strut arm bars to stabilize the transmission and transfer case that bolt on behind the motor mounts
I have Bauer tools they were cheap, and I have the same Pittsburgh 70pc screwdriver set green and black comfort grip handle set and honestly i like them as much as the sunex 1120ss red and black comfort grip handle screwdriver set so I don't use them i have the new handle design and color gearwrench yellow and black comfort grip handle screwdriver set 20pc and i usually use the green and black Pittsburgh set

Regarding your front & rear leaf springs - front certainly not original. Front springs would be 2 leaves only with negative arch. Rear springs likely have an add-a-leaf going on.

You might just need to clean the window track. Then the window will go up and down fast again. Same thing I had to do with my '93 stepside.
Problem with the stereo just run the 12v battery wire over to the fuse box and use a accessory circuit you should be able to find one with the power running through one side of the fuse st all times....
