Well, the proof Cody notes was dismissed by the authorities as 'no wrong doing' and 'nothing illegal' having taken place. So calling him a PDF and stuff is just objectively false because he isn't on a register, neither was he charged (Remember this all happened YEARS ago). The fact that no proof has actually come forth to the public eyes just proves he is innocent. innocent until proven otherwise. Sure, Doc may say silly things. He has a habit of it. But one thing is for sure, he is not guilty. Also Twitch paid out massively because they were in the wrong for banning him. That shouldn't be taken lightly.
@@stuffmcstuff399 I agree because there is no proof right now, I feel like if there was enough proof to prove his innocence or to prove his guiltiness, then I would choose a side but obviously there's not enough evidence that I know of to proof any of the sides wether if he is a PDF or not so that's why I said in the video that I don't know which side to take because there isn't enough evidence to prove any of the both sides are true or not so I truly don't know who is telling the truth and who is telling the lie, cuz like I said is easy to lie and is easy to make stuff up to defend yourself but- I did see a tweet of cody Connors about him asking chat gpt "how do i get a lawyer that will not get me sued" on Twitter, (and yes i still call it Twitter) like after he posted that, idk if he meant it as a joke or not but i am leaning towards doc side a bit more because of that tweet but hopefully we can see enough proof on both sides to see who is the villain and who is the hero.

The burden of proof is on Cody as he raised the allegations. Naturally, he can;t actually prove it. So, he is innocent. What we do know is he had a lawsuit against twitch for wrongful dismissal. As he didn't break the law nor ToS - He won and got a massive payout. During which the cops, a judge, Twitch's own team and other authorities stated there was no wrong doing and nothing sexual, or illegal, took place. The other person involved was not underage. So they were of legal age. So he certainly is not, by any means, a PDF. An ass for texting a person out side of his marriage? Sure. But his wife forgave him. So that's that. Anything beyond that is wild speculation and conjecture.
