14:55 LMAO I used to be able to see the edit history of this document, it has been edited dozens of times since early 2022, many of the edits are from Jimmy's mom. So this version is "cleaned up" from the original and it still paints a horrific picture of the culture there. It definitely is a "boys club" environment that encourages recklessness and harassment and makes women uncomfortable. So it's not even a surprise that Beast Games producers allegedly allowed women to be assaulted during challenges, didn't provide feminine hygiene products, and even stole women's underwear. Nicole Rafiee just uploaded a podcast where she talks about her experience in a MrBeast video from 2 years ago where she struggled with producers to get her prescribed birth control during a challenge. So this isn't a new problem either and it certainly wasn't caused by the CrowdStrike outage. I also have proof that known perpetrators of SA are kept on payroll, I guess those are just "A-player mistakes" according to Jimmy.

When I was in film school they told us about this story because they wanted to nail it into our heads that safety is the first priority on set and if you don’t feel safe let someone know.

I've been watching Rosanna for probably a decade, and I never could have imagined her being this confrontational, even after her first Mr. Beast callout last year. I thought even the most minor 'typing app' has spell/grammar check and he could afford an Office Professional Suite which would've been blaring out at those mistakes. My first thought is that Jimmy is one of those people who says things like "The teacher gave me an 'F'!" after putting all the wrong answers on a test; or insists that words should be spelled a certain way because "the traditional way doesn't make any sense". If you've never met one of these types of people, they are absolutely insufferable. Had a teacher who would allow us to do corrections on any assignment we didn't get 100% on. One classmate would always refuse to do the corrections because he insisted his answers were always correct the first time around. This same person insisted that it made no sense to say "Jimmy won the game" because "won" sounds like "one"; therefore the correct version would be... "Jimmy JUAN the game" because... reasons...

I think the players signed waivers to participate in these games so unless there is gross negligence I don't think there are any legal claims. The contestants should have access to medical care, etc. but if it is a competition like survivor, I am not sure what conditions are so different from that show. It feels like the internet will not stop until Mr. Beast is classified as an evil war criminal PDF murderer. I just don't expect him to be a super authentic perfect person either - he is human who went from making videos in his bedroom to basically running a gigantic corporation. It’s pretty normal for a corporation to only want the best and refuse to settle for less, any company will hire the best they can get/afford, even McDonalds (the ones that are better off) will hire the best members they can get.
No means no policy on an employee handout says everything you need to know. Also cursing in a company policy is very inappropriate and not professional. Even if some of the allegations aren't true but this is their policy, Jimmy has some major business improving to be more professional.

When you work at a company, at least in the US, you have very few 'rights' when you are working on their behalf. What gives you rights is the Labor Board, OSHA, etc. He could have something in the handbook that says every Tuesday at 3:10 you are to jump 2.543 ft in the air 100 times in front of a camera for views and it might not actually be or violating any laws, mandates. This documents sounds insane but there is not anything actually concerning. Compared to some companies this is actually tame.
@@MichealSmith-y1m in Ohio where I work, you have “at will” employment and even though they can fire you and you can quit at any time for any reason, they still cannot make you do anything that isn’t in your job description, is unsafe, unhealthy, discriminatory, or illegal. They also cannot force you to work crazy hours, and in an 8 hour shift you must have 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 30 minute unpaid lunch. I don’t know how other states workplace laws work but where I am you very much are protected and have the basic human rights along with OSHA, and other agencies. Also, you have the HR department as well. Thats changes if you are an ESOP employer.

Something i've not seen anyone talk about is how much of an obsession he used to have with Pewdiepie because he was the number one youtuber. He used to do videos when he was like 14 about how much money pewdiepie made and the views pewds had. Like he knew number by number and from what i remember when T-series vs Pewdiepie was going on, Mrbeast blew up because he would do this ridiculous videos (saying subscribe to pewds for 24 h in live stream) He went on and on, on this trend and blew up because he realized that if he did ridiculous things, people would watch. He is not dumb, he is good with numbers but his pride got to him and for me, it was always clear he was going to get too high up and fall down eventually. Even on the leaked email he sent his employees, he finished the email with saying ''but hey, we just hit 300 miljon subs!'' 💀 All he has ever cared about is being the number one youtuber and if it wasn't for the fact that he knows how to present his image (charity, pretend to care for the poor, good-guy persona, etc) He probably would be flashing his pride everywhere he goes, but he knows how to play. Honestly all i can say is that Jacksepticeye was right when he said Mrbeast ruined yt, of course it'a not all on him but they made youtube videos change to another formula, one that should have stayed on tv. The content by the sound of it is easy to fool children with and anyone older is maybe easily pleased or doesn't care they're lied to. I know what you are talking about. He absolutely blew up with the Pewdiepie vs. T-Series feud (which the entire thing was largely supposed to be taken as a joke). He focused so much on the numbers and the view count that he completely missed that the reason why Felix is still popular is largely because of how down to earth he is and how he doesn't see himself as God just because of his subscriber count.

The biggest problem is that MrBeast himself is still basically a teenager and his company includes a lot of his family and friends. A lot of these workplace problems and unprofessionalism are things you will see at many family businesses especially ones owned by barely mature adults, overall family businesses or family and friend businesses are EXTREMELY counter productive.

My younger brother absolutely loves Mr. Beast, he wanted to be just like him when he grew up. When we found out about this he was crushed and still is. It kills me to see him like that as we both thought Jimmy was a good and kind hearted person. Its just sad to see what everything has come to now.

Many are chasing fame, and want to collaborate with the big guys. I follow many channels are about history, art, cooking, fashion, and travel. Many of these are under 100,000 subscribers. This was the first time I went to look at Mr. Beast's channel, and I thought none of his videos interested me. But many people seem excited about what he posts.

I used to be able to see the edit history of this document, it has been edited dozens of times since early 2022, many of the edits are from Jimmy's mom. So this version is "cleaned up" from the original and it still paints a horrific picture of the culture there. It definitely is a "boys club" environment that encourages recklessness and harassment and makes women uncomfortable. So it's not even a surprise that Beast Games producers allegedly allowed women to be assaulted during challenges, didn't provide feminine hygiene products, and even stole women's underwear. Nicole Rafiee just uploaded a podcast where she talks about her experience in a MrBeast video from 2 years ago where she struggled with producers to get her prescribed birth control during a challenge. So this isn't a new problem either and it certainly wasn't caused by the CrowdStrike outage. I also have proof that known perpetrators of SA are kept on payroll, I guess those are just "A-player mistakes" according to Jimmy.

My first thought is that Jimmy is one of those people who says things like "The teacher gave me an 'F'!" after putting all the wrong answers on a test; or insists that words should be spelled a certain way because "the traditional way doesn't make any sense". If you've never met one of these types of people, they are absolutely insufferable. Had a teacher who would allow us to do corrections on any assignment we didn't get 100% on. One classmate would always refuse to do the corrections because he insisted his answers were always correct the first time around. This same person insisted that it made no sense to say "Jimmy won the game" because "won" sounds like "one"; therefore the correct version would be... "Jimmy JUAN the game" because... reasons...

I think the players signed waivers to participate in these games so unless there is gross negligence I don't think there are any legal claims. The contestants should have access to medical care, etc. but if it is a competition like survivor, I am not sure what conditions are so different from that show. I just don't expect him to be a super authentic perfect person either - he is human who went from making videos in his bedroom to basically running a gigantic corporation. The "A Players, B Players and C Players" is really similar and I bet its taken from the interview practice known as "top grading" this is a highly demeaning hiring process which some aspects such as providing reference calls and meetings with all prior managers, sharing past employer performance reviews and giving new employers paystubs to prove you are worth what you are paid. Its a horrible interview practice; and this reeks of the management style of it. Everyone wants A Players, but they do not want to give them A Player compensation.

When you work at a company, at least in the US, you have very few 'rights' when you are working on their behalf. What gives you rights is the Labor Board, OSHA, etc. He could have something in the handbook that says every Tuesday at 3:10 you are to jump 2.543 ft in the air 100 times in front of a camera for views and it might not actually be or violating any laws, mandates.

@@MichealSmith-y1m in Ohio where I work, you have “at will” employment and even though they can fire you and you can quit at any time for any reason, they still cannot make you do anything that isn’t in your job description, is unsafe, unhealthy, discriminatory, or illegal. They also cannot force you to work crazy hours, and in an 8 hour shift you must have 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 30 minute unpaid lunch. I don’t know how other states workplace laws work but where I am you very much are protected and have the basic human rights along with OSHA, and other agencies. Also, you have the HR department as well.

Something i've not seen anyone talk about is how much of an obsession he used to have with Pewdiepie because he was the number one youtuber. He used to do videos when he was like 14 about how much money pewdiepie made and the views pewds had. Like he knew number by number and from what i remember when T-series vs Pewdiepie was going on, Mrbeast blew up because he would do this ridiculous videos (saying subscribe to pewds for 24 h in live stream) He went on and on, on this trend and blew up because he realized that if he did ridiculous things, people would watch. He is not dumb, he is good with numbers but his pride got to him and for me, it was always clear he was going to get too high up and fall down eventually. Even on the leaked email he sent his employees, he finished the email with saying ''but hey, we just hit 300 miljon subs!'' 💀
All he has ever cared about is being the number one youtuber and if it wasn't for the fact that he knows how to present his image (charity, pretend to care for the poor, good-guy persona, etc) He probably would be flashing his pride everywhere he goes, but he knows how to play.

He focused so much on the numbers and the view count that he completely missed that the reason why Felix is still popular is largely because of how down to earth he is and how he doesn't see himself as God just because of his subscriber count.

I was thinking the same thing. That "handbook" being something you give to new employees(any employees) just seems fucking insane. Idk why anyone would ever choose to work for him after reading that. I also heavily agree about the misspelling. People who aren't literate, its a red flag imo. Stupidity seems to always breed toxicity. I may not be the most literate person in the room, but I definitely think its important and actively work to improve by learning new words, and definitions, almost daily. I also think, to be like Jimmy, you need to lack basic sympathy and empathy. Most of them are probably young, naïve kids, too.

Many are chasing fame, and want to collaborate with the big guys. I follow many channels are about history, art, cooking, fashion, and travel. Many of these are under 100,000 subscribers. This was the first time I went to look at Mr. Beast's channel, and I thought none of his videos interested me. But many people seem excited about what he posts.

I’m glad she is though. Knowing what kind of person she is and how honest she’s always been makes it a lot easier to believe what’s going on. Ya know?
