Hi sir, I am one of your student from Nepal. The way you teach is just adorable and i am big fan of your teaching. Though, i understand all the subject matter, i couldn't apply these grammar rules while speaking. Writing also a difficult task at all. To be honest i can't understand how to able to apply all these rules, however it seems very easy during study.
Yes dear friend when teacher taught you these all rules then you can understand very well but and whenever you are going to apply this all formulas in your communication skill and you can't form proper sentence because in my opinion speaking skill you can't learn you can only copy.

i was to be going to school today. You were to be coming my home. Sir is this correct can i use here to be + ing ? you said that we can use to be + v4 when we can see to + v1 in any sentence. so in that case i am right i think.
