I’m now as of this morning weighin :149.6 which I’ve not been in this number for over 10-11 years .. 150s took forever but I’m always losing every week no matter what 🥹 Thank you thank you Lucy because our daughter Cassie always cheers me on to workout even though she’s semi verbal and my husband is always giving me high fives and ever lasting love and support .. This is now my new favourite ab workout. Because of the gentler pace I can do it anytime, even when I haven't slept well or when I'm feeling under the weather. Thank you so much, Lucy! Maybe a series of gentler paced, effective workouts like this could be an idea for the future?❤️
