    The Arcadians is one of my favourite musicals from the Edwardian era. So many great melodies.

      Did you get to see the musical? Wish I could, but will post other recordings, should I find them. The flip (will post later) is 'The Girl With The Brogue' (Irish accent not the shoe!) by Ada Jones.

      @@tiga4180 I have only seen amateur productions of it. I have a very good late 1960's LP recording on the MFP label of highlights with Cynthia Glover, John Lawrenson & Robert Bowman. Love your comment RE the girl with a Brogue.😄

      @@AnnieVanAuken Bar steward is just a nicer way of saying the 'B' word. A co worker of mine used to say: "He's a proper 'bar steward" when he dealt with a difficult customer.
