    Hello everyone. Are you ready to feel the burn? We are starting off with some compound exercises to elevate your heart rate. If you have more than one set of dumbbells, we will be switching to higher weight and finishing off with solid lower body work. This is where your HR should peak again. I'll be using 5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells (11lb & 16.5lb).

    Amazing workout ! Just didi it ! Please do more 40-45min workout with weights ( either low impact or HIIT ) . They are amazing for us women🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤

    OMG! Loved, loved this one! Another awesome workout from Olivia to work the entire body. The leg squat series at the end had me out of breath! Varied weights and burned 246 active calories. 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

    When I was doing a weichted wallsit, my cat tried to jump on my leg and I had a hard time holding back my laughter.💦💦 Thank you !I was sweating!
