My two cents: I have a very good relationship with an FFL who has a small gun shop. He has no overhead so he can sell pistols or rifles for $50+ less than any other gun store. I buy all my ammo through him and get a very favorable price when I order bulk lots of 1,000 rounds or more. I just purchased 1k of 223 55 gr BTSP for under $300.00
Nice start! Guns are an evil expensive habit LOL sitting on about 40,000 rounds so far. I try not to think what I've tied up over the years. Great videos and Good Luck growing the channel
good job . slow and steady. Regarding the .22lr . White Box 222,333,555 all are junk . Also Thunderbolts ,and most Remington are BLAH . If possible stick with that 550 red box or the blue box.... best price, and quality for all around shooting. Basically w/ the red box you are getting 350 rds for free at 19.97 . M-22 are crap too, but good enough for the pile. ANY CCI product is good stuff . As far as testing .22lr ..... just shoot and be happy. I subbed .. keep it up !
Georgia Rebel -How’s the accuracy after shooting say 60 rds quickly? I have a new 10/22 break down stainless and after shooting that many rds quickly it will no longer hit the target. May favorite out of the 4 .22 I have is the M&P 15/22
I see you have some of the winchester steel cased 9mm. I had multiple malfuntions with it in my glock 17. I think it's underpowered and the case has alot of friction. Tula is better and cheaper. Maybe I had a bad box though.
You must not be married. I would have big troubles if I bought that much ammo in a month. More power to you, I think your smart to buy up now. I’m doing the same when I can. I see you bought some Winchester USA steel. I pick some up myself at Wal Mart. The reviews are terrible on that ammo and friends of mine have nothing but bad to say about it. If you shoot any let us know how you like it. Thanks
Farmer Dude357 😂 two key factors to pull it off. Seperate bank accounts and she doesn't watch my videos lol i would be careful what i post if she ever started watching
Be Ready Basics don’t try what I did. I thought I would get her into shooting and that would justify more gun stuff. After she put a 38 special round through my shooting bench. I then thought the extra stuff was not worth the risk. I hope you do well here on UA-cam. I like your content. Thanks
Farmer Dude357 Thank You. Just for fun right now. Getting a new camera and ill start having someone video for me soon. Off grid project coming, im excited about.
ive got both Ruger Precision Rimfire and 10/22, get the 10/22 first! so much more versatility and fun, although the RPR is freakin awesome and incredibly accurate
ShortyJenkans i thought about just getting a cmmg 22 BCG conversion also lol im all over the place!!! Why can't i just have the money to buy it all lol
Excessive? Ha, nowhere near excessive. Ideally, in my opinion, you should have 10,000 rounds of each caliber you own just to store away. Then when you want to go to the range you buy a new box of whatever you're shooting and rotate the old with the new.
Never too much ammo I have over 60,000 rounds for 12 different rifles and three different handguns
Good job stocking up....have fun at the range
sniffmoney Thanks Money

Great 1st month effort....continued building slow and steady
Nice pile started
Big Poppa Thank You, now that i have all the testing brands i can start to narrow down my stockpile brands
Great stash of ammo...with regard to a .22, I have a 10-22, but I love my M&P 15-22...she's an AR! I sub'd!
I own 2 Ruger 10/22’s but I can say for certain that my Marlin 795 is by far the most accurate and most reliable of the 3. And it was the cheapest

Mine are still pretty accurate
You have had a good month. It adds up.

Awesome.....Been looking foward to it to see what you came up with.

Eric Gentry Great place to share your experience with any ammo. Ill be running tests on video with budget pistol and glock. Thanks for sharing

PreP4MYLifE he meant excessive for a months worth of ammo purchase
What was your total cost for this month?
I count 6 556 mags full?
Amount spent?
justmaleo no idea, i could take an educated guess off average price per round but cost i wasn't concerned with.
