- Start to finish build of my Trumpeter 1/32 scale F-100D Super Sabre. Incredible detail in this kit, including jet engine internal compressor blades. Time lapse for viewing convenience.

I got a plastic model of an F-100 in a Christmas grab when I was about 5 years old and my father put it together for me. About 20 years later when I was in the Air Guard I got to fly in a real one.
The skill sets these people have is just mind blowing. Unbelievable.
Thanks Thom. I will be ok. Almost died in the eye of hurricane michael, my neighbors cars were destroyed and I got off without a scratch. I got lucky. got most of my expensive stuff back together. I will start building again soon. Still got a box of rubble that used to be my collection. I got family, and i appreciate your offer
I think I left a comment before saying what a great build and video.Im just back to say thanks to your great build and video I got this kit.!.👍
Your handpainting skills are spot on a as are your airbrush skills. I love the fact that you didn’t weather the crap out off your model.
2 Thumbs up
Incredible detail and the panel variation is spot on.
Nice kit! Good pickup.
Gorgeous build of a gorgeous fighter.
wow , this is a labour of love . Amazing model , rather out of my price range I'm afraid ! Wales UK.
Awesome job! I can smell the nostalgia of testors tube glue from here!!
Great video and enjoyed the editing and even the music. That looks a monster of a kit,but a beauty.Excellent build mate. She looks a stunner.!
Absolutely stunning work...thanks for sharing...
Beautiful build
Absolutely love it
I've tried to change from Testors tube glue..... I kept going back. It's what I stick to also
Thanks Thom. Glad to see some folks out there still have a brain stem!
Nice work.
Beautiful man
Nice job looks great..
Beautiful 👍✈️
Thats cool Joe. This model was a challenge. Unfortunately, I just survived hurricane Michael. Tyndall air force base was destroyed. (as was most of everything in the panhandle of Florida) I had to flee town. A tornado touched down in my parking lot and threw cars around like toothpicks into the buildings. Many of my models were destroyed and I wont be building for a while
(My second comment but months apart)..Thanks to this video I got this kit..Ok,perhaps it was the music tranced me into getting this kit...Oh and the 1/32 F-105D as well.!..And that’s my excuse.!.😳Again great video and build.Thanks.!👍
Awesome👍
Me rikie velly much. Great work. I subscribed
Hello Kel, yes the kit had issues if you will note at 4:48 of the video. The fuselage did not fit with the tail section, and at $103 bucks for the kit, they could have fixed that...
Great build sir ! Btw can I please have the full measurement of the plane ? Because I wanna know how well the plane resembled to the 1/32 scale. My Trumpeter F100 1/48 is way too big compare with other 1/48s, so hope the 1/32 is correct to scale. I just wanna know before get myself one. Thank you
Well, young man - anyone grousing about you using tube glue, I’ll bet they still use X-acto knives and airbrushes… and those two items have been around about as long as tube glue! So they can either shut up or go back and finish watching Square Bob cartoons. And how many of them have their own channels, huh?! I guess they’re all too busy knocking you, to build their own models. Your work speaks for itself - and it speaks LOUDLY!!! Well done, my friend. Liked and subscribed, tube or no tube...
I have been receiving a lot of comments about my use of tube glue. What's the difference. I like Tamiya products, I just prefer to build old school, no big deal :)
Comments about Testors Tube Glue? Why it works great, smells great easy to use and your models look great. Maybe others don't know how to use it. Keep up the great builds, thank you for posting.
I bet I built 200 models in the 70s and 80s using it. There were nowhere near as many cool choices back then. Keep doing this great work.
Seriously.
It's sort of like religion. Everyone thinks that "their" belief system is the only true and correct one. All others must be ridiculed and put down.
Keep on truckin'! You do some nice work there!
Did this kit have any fit issues
👏👍
SIR HI, IF YOU DON`T MIND ME SAYING, THE WHOLE WORLD IS USING TAMIYA EXTRA THIN CEMENT FOR MODELLING & YOU ARE STILL USING TESTORS CEMENT IN TUBE, SURPRISING !!!! ANY WAY A VERY WELL MADE MODEL.
Beautiful job on the kit. Random off subject question but, what is the name of this song and who is it by? It’s beauty as well
What was the cost of the kit ? Where did you buy it from ?
No weathering?
Are alcalds pre thinned or do I have to thin them ?
I don't have a ton of experience using it but I have worked with it enough to know that it sprays neat right out of the bottle. In fact I'd be a little bit leery of adding anything to it.
wich colors for the exhaust part
What is intake color ?
Sorry to hear about your damage. Have you set up a Patreon of Gu Fund Me so we can help? Do you need replacement gear? I've got some stash I could part with (and my wife chimed im with "LOTS of stash" - silly woman!!!).Those of us that admire your work would be happy to help get you back to modeling - we wanna see more artwork!
no talent amature sloppy build, wasted my time
I think you're just jealous because your models most likely look like shit..
jagitmax,
Let me guess, you still get glue all over the canopies of your builds, yes, or yes?
Seems like you wouldn't know a good build if it bit you in the backside.
Perhaps you should stop sniffing the glue, yeah?
Were you always gay or were you sucked into it?
'jagitmax'....maybe you should work on getting 'Subscribers' instead of criticizing negatively.
Too be honest, making models takes a LOT of talent, a Lot of research, and A L OT of patience.....maybe you should pick up a model and try it out, we can give you some good tips and "Positive criticism".
