the worst is when you have a dream and you feel the pressure in your head exploding and you wake up with the same intense pain, it's terrible..

headaches are seriously the worst 😱
*YEAH* I wish they weren't a -thing-
Yep
Early morning headaches can be caused by a drop in blood sugar between 2am to 4am, then the liver can spike blood sugar to over 100 when you wake up to compensate. I had success with eliminating 'added' sugar during the day (a little bit of raw honey is okay though) and eliminating ALL caffeine, not even decaf coffee, and especially by eating a bowl of Oatmeal, sprinkled with about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnamon, add enough water to barely cover the oats, microwave for 1:10 to 2 minutes in the microwave, then add 1 tablespoon of raw honey after it's cooked, and eat this right before bed, so between 8pm to 10:30pm... no more morning migraines! Please pass it along if this works for you too. God bless you and give thanks to our Holy Father in heaven, for this came to me from Him 🙏

@@UchihaItachi-df2mb I found a solution that helps me I need my room really dark when I wake up and that has been reducing my number of morning headaches
Happened to me this morning. Woke up in the dark with one and tried to sleep it off, but still there when I got up. Luckily this only happens once in awhile. Even though you may wake up to go to the bathroom, I hear drinking water at bedtime helps hydrate you because dehydration can cause headaches, too. If you had a stressful day, take headache pain reliever at bedtime, keep your room cool, dark, and be sure your mattress is in good shape.

a headache can also come in the morning if you've slept in a very cold area, biggest example for this is me, here in Saudi Arabia its super hot so I always open the AC and put it on power mode and then sleep and that usually makes my head ache a ton..
I still do it every night though.

been waking up most mprnings with a headache for years now, goes away within 1/2 an hour of waking up - seems to happen after I have been sleeping for about 5 hours for some reason - got to the point where i now have to split my sleep into a 5 hour stretch at night & a 3 hour stretch during the day so I get enough sleep - still have not pinned the cause down but ive had minor issues with my kidneys (eg Proteinuria & Nocturnal Polyuria) & liver (i.e. NAFLD) & my blood pressure is a bit high (pre-hypertensive) so suspect it may be related to that - altertively it could be something as simple as me grinding my teeth or my sleep posture - I once tried taking some anti inflammatory painkillers before bed & that did help a lot but im not prepared to take them every night & get addicted

I do sometimes. I did today. I think a lot of mine is sinuses. Sleeping too long can cause them too. Anxiety? Never thought of that one.

Imagine there’s someone that likes headaches
That has to be the one of if not the weirdest kink I’ve ever heard of
it the tik tokers
I was diagnosed with osteopenia about 5 years ago. Could that be giving me morning headaches?
Could it also be linked to dehydration?
It could be from not drinking enough water stress or anxiety cause it happens to me most of the time also when you don’t get enough sleep or jumping up out your sleep also can cause headaches but feel better god bless
Does it feel like a hangover headache? Not sure if you have ever drank alcohol and know how that feels. But it feels like a dehydration headache cause that’s the type of headache I grt
@@abigaila7341 i always used to get migrains and end up throwing up, like 4 hours of hell, usually happened at school, teachers always rolled their eyes because i was "coming up with excuses to leave school" and i got glasses and they slowed down, hasnt happened in about 2 years, but i woke up with a headache just now its probably because of dehydration, during the week i drank tons of water because of football, but on the weekend i drank nothing, so i guess it didn't level out
@@bloodshedicicleandrazor6129 You May wanna look into sleep apnea. So two years ago I got a shoulder/back injury that I still deal with today. I decided to stop sleeping in my sides because that made it worse so I started to sleep on my back which I hardly ever did. Less shoulder pain but didn’t realize I was sleeping with my mouth open and breathing really hard. It’s no wonder I wake up with a really dry mouth and headaches. It may not be severe apnea but it’s enough to wake up with headaches every morning. The reason I know this is because my husband told me recently and I started sleeping with my mouth closed. Headaches GONE.

Would that be called migrane?
I have a TMJ because of missing teeth on the top for a number of years, but the morning headaches start happening a lot in 2020 and still going on. Waiting for my appointment with a sleep study doctor. There is a lot going on because of the TMJ because I also experience some kind of pressure inside of the skull, and that has been going on for several years now, but no doctor can tell my what is causing this. It seems like it could be a dental problem that the dentist do not understand. It is so weird because nobody else seems to be experiencing it, and I kind of put up with it since about 2018, when I developed Tinnitus, and did not know that the Tinnitus is related very closely to my dental problems. I thought that Tinnitus calls for an ENT doctor, not a dentist. Unfortunatelly the ENT doctors can not treat Tinnitus...
Additionally, waking up this morning with a really bad headache that is not because of a bad pillow, and it is not alcohol induced either, but my BP is 92/82 ; pulse 71 What is causing this drop of the BP, I wonder? Should I be calling my PCP?
I have a lot of pain along the jaw bone and all over my skull actually... Probably it is the TMJ and the Stress Tension Overload...
I get pain around the jaw and teeth when I consume dairy. I avoid anything that has dairy, even supplements that contain dairy, but sometimes I give in. If I consume dairy for a couple of days in a row I get joint pain all over, jaw/teeth/head pain, and skeletal pain. I also try to avoid sugar, but dairy has been eliminated from my diet.
This sounds similar to what I am experiencing. Did you ever get this taken care of?
What if I feel hungover everytime I suddenly wake up in the middle of a dream? I dont drink alcohol or take any meds.
Been having headaches every morning , and afternoons , used to go everywhere with painkillers , finally I couldn't take it anymore.
Went to a Doctor told him to do some random tests on me.
He drew blood from my veins , and did some tests , HIV , Hepatitis, blood sugars..., tested my blood pressure too.
It turned out negative for HIV and Hepatitis , but my sugar level was a bit high at 9.5 instead of 7, too much soft drinks...too much sugar on my tea.
My pressure was abit high too 142/90.... normally it should be 140/90...the good Doctor advised me to go easy on cooking salt , not to be reaching for that salt-shaker.
Finally he told me that i had excess blood ,something i have never heard of..."but that is good Doc, right ?"
"No ,it is not, too much or too little of anything in the body is never good"
Apparently my Haemoglobin level was high thus the term excess blood.
" Have you ever donated blood ? "
" No, not because for fear of needles , but the sight of my own blood make sick"
Well, you need to be donating blood after every four months.
Right now i am going to perform a Phlebotomy on you ( same as donating blood , except this time blood is drawn from your body and thrown away.
So , i " donated " my blood to the gods , meaning it was thrown away.
Ever since it's been two months without a headache , I am waiting for four months to elapse and i do it again.
I googled and came across some terminologies that suggested cancer but the doctor after calling him said i should stop running ahead of myself , I didn't have cancer.
Anyway i suggest going to a doctor and having your blood checked before concluding anything.

These types of videos are why folks who listen to them believe that they can self evaluate themselves.
She speaks about your pillow maybe being the culprit in why you are awakening with headaches and poor posture.
Me: Ok, so does poor posture sleeping cause some liquid in your brain or around your brain to rush to side, or does the amount of deep REM's or wave patterns play a factor as well.
That would be me when I see my doctor. Something cannot be explained to me so vaguely as in this video. Some folks may have a deeper issue, and by listening to this video, those folks will not get the help they may need. I'll be sure to ask my doc about it in my next visit. This video didn't teach anything.
