    I have a hearing impairment, yet I can understand you so perfectly! Thank you for speaking so clearly AND I always enjoy watching your videos! There's a knee one you fid 2 weeks ago. I've been doing the exercises almost every day, twice a day, & my knee no longer hurts while walking. So weird but awesome!

    My right kneecap hurts after overdoing pickleball. Tried these exercises a week ago, they helped! The problem is that I didn't do them again because I thought I was cured! Looks like these need to be done daily or at least every other day. Thank you!

    I am so grateful for you Dr. Rowe! I was in so much pain from inner knee bursitis. I felt like I was going crazy. I followed the massage and the physical therapy exercises in this video, and after one day of doing the exercises and massage three times a day my pain is gone. I can’t tell you how grateful I am, I’m 58 years old and I am finding that I get odd aches and pains consistently.     Slipped out of the shower all my weight came down on my knee spraining the top muscles and tendons severely.
    X-ray showed no breaks . Full length brace that’s been well.
    When you bend it the disfiguration was pretty gruesome let alone the pain.
    Good times hahaha.
    Appreciate all the exercises and stretches you give us.
    I’ll be trying these I’m sure but not for a while .

    Great stuff, Can I ask a question? If I sit in bleachers or a chair for long periods of time, I get pain in my tailbone, butt area and is hard to get up. If I walk around then I'm fine.

    @DrRowe for people with maltracking patella and patella alta, would you recommend doing these exercises with a knee brace to keep the patella aligned and not create additional pain?

    What if pointing your knees inwards or outwards makes your kneecap slide and you can feel the misalign of the joint create pain because of the slipping esp. When loaded like in a single leg leg-extension?

    I couldn’t see the kneecaps move at all in most of the positions. Fortunately, they don’t hurt much except for kneeling - that feels like broken glass. Should I keep trying this or might I do more damage?
