Dunno, maybe he should think about having a coach who can help him with that. A punk with no nerves can win almost everything imo.

A lot of mind games too actually, the early wakeup DPs and wake up OD dive kicks. These risky and random moves setup the mind games which later affect the fundamental games.

When I have watched Daigo at some other sf6 tournies I have noticed he likes to wake up od dp often. Or play a little risky in general. But I didn't see a lot of that here. You both played really strong. Crazy set. GL today and going forward.

If the opponent goes finish the animation they'll go into block or sny input player does in case they wont get punished from the whiff dp or anything punishable.With visual precision you can clearly see if its punishable or not without practice.Its like common visual sense really,but yeah surprisingly punk didnt get that.I guess many players have their specifics they didnt know about and also surprising how long he has been playing and didnt know about this.Very interesting indeed.
