Heyy little bit of advice, if your hair is wet, don't use hot air on it since that might burn your hair, cause breakage and frizz (because the water on your hair can heat up way quicker and way more than your hair actually should, thus heating it up too much) Instead let your hair air dry, or use the cold air setting, your dyson should have it :)

I'd end up so dirty, tired, and sweaty that I refused to risk soiling my bedsheets with traces of dough, sugar, and flour. It was actually quite relaxing and helped me sleep deeply for a few more hours before going out to make deliveries 💖
The migraine thing I've heard before but not when older just that you might end up with headache.I got that from a my osteopath,he's chinese. I tend to get a bit of a headache and a cold as well on the next day when I wash late. I think your body basically doesn't have the time to regulate temperature while sleeping especially since it tend to change so much from when you are up. I also don't really blow dry so that could be the reason as well.
As a person that did that and gets regular headaches, I can safely say I don't get them because of the night time showers. Instead I get them from poor quality sleep because sleeping in daylight sucks for our bodies and the sounds of day time wake us up, even if we don't remember ❤

Well fyi, it is true... if you sleep with wet hair. If you blowdry then it'll be completely fine. It's just how people get sick when they get rained on. It isn't the rain making you sick, it's the wet hair or clothes.
I used to wash hair at night for a whole year and my mother did strongly oppose that for health reasons. And during that time I actually found a lot of health problems like headaches and more frequent cough, cold, fever. Plus I got a more oily scalp, dandruff and hairfall. Ever since I stopped that I feel my hair are slowly getting better and my headaches too have become less frequent.
