Minoxidil causes a LOOOT of shedding at first so not ideal for seriously thinning long hair as you will lose a lot until it grows back again and should not be stopped any time as the problem will return. People who advise it should also warn for these things.

If you have real hair loss, you go see a general doctor and then an endocrinologist and/or a dermatologist specialised in hair. Apple cider vinegar does nothing and if you "see" a difference then you didn't have real hair loss. Certain months of the year everyone looses a little more hair naturally following by months with less loss.

  • @Crochet4life883

OK this will work if you want thicker hair, but definitely not longer hair. If you want longer hair, you’re gonna want to target the ends so they don’t break off in the process. Make sure you still pay attention to scalp but if you want your hair to be longer prioritize your ends.

ACV is a godsend for so many of my skin conditions! My scalp burns horribly under heat, especially the sun, because of some skin problem my doctors can't figure out, but an ACV treatment every few days has stopped the burning. I doubt it's anything truly curable, but if I keep up with it, then it's like I don't have whatever it is at all. It even seems to speed up hair growth, but I mainly stated it for the keratosis pilaris and scalp burning and discovered the hair growth by coincidence.

Also thought it’s important to point out that your diet plays a major role, external treatments come secondary to your overall health and how you take care of your body and mind- make sure your not deficient in any vitamins or in your iron levels as these could also be the leading cause for hair fall. Hair loss doesn’t happen for no reason, you need to fix the underlying issues
This is how you grow your hair :
1-check for any vitamin deficiencies especially d3 and your iron levels these are the most common ones.
    2- check your hormones
3-check if you have an autoimmune disease , or any other health issue.
4- fix your diet , eat more protein veggies and fruits and minimize your sugar intake .
    5-manage your STRESS , I know it’s hard but try .
6- you might have some gut issues, fix your diet and eat more food that has probiotics and prebiotics. Or take a probiotic supplement. If you have any digestion issues Taking digestive enzymes will also help .
7- do not overtrain in the gym
After you’ve done all of these things now you can do other things to help :
1- change your shampoo , maybe you are allergic to one of its ingredients.
2- oil your hair twice a week with rosemary oil , use light weight carrier oil with it. Use it on your scalp only and do not use too much . Just put a thin layer and wear a shower cap . Do not keep it for too long , 2-4 hours are enough.
    3- massage your hair daily
4 - use rosemary water daily if you can it really helps .
5- don’t bleach your hair or heat style your hair a lot
6- if you have any bald spots use fresh garlic juice ( be careful with that because it’s irritating ) or just gently rub a garlic clove if it’s too harsh for your scalp , Mix it with a drop of a light weight carrier oil and apply it on the the bald spot .
7- use a bamboo brush instead of plastic and brush your hair starting from the ends .
8- use a hair mask once a week
I hope this helps. please take care of your mental health because it really hurts your body from the inside . Stress and depression kept me sick for years and it was the main reason why my hair started to fall . Nothing worked until I reduced my stress levels. I know it’s hard to do so , but we have to try . happy holidays everyone ❤

dude i just found out how oiling your hair makes it SO MUCH BETTER. i have straight and silky hair w a wolf-ish cut so its not exactly straight but its not wavy or curly. anyway, i usually dont oil my hair and just wash it but i oiled amd washed it yesterday and BRO IT WAS SO DAYUM SOFT AND SILKY‼️‼️ i struggle w hair loss but this definitely helped me get better texture. i kept it on overnight btw. (Mustard oil)

Hair shaft is not dead. It’s very much so alive .
When new hair makes its way out of the follicle the nerve within that follicle dies off not your hair shaft.
The happens because if it did not things like getting a haircut would be excruciating pain for us and that’s why the nerve must die off.
Please learn the science of hair before trying to teach folks about hair.
It’s really basic, professional shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioner for blow dry, thermal spray for flat iron.
You wanna set the bonds in your hair from alpha keratin to beta keratin safely and correctly.
Products, blow dryers, and flat irons are tools to help you do that they don’t grow your hair.
Hair grows from the inside out and that’s why diet is important. Your hair is made up of a protein called keratin which comes from your gut micro biome and so does biotin.
Everyone’s hair grows pretty much at the same rate 1/2 inch every month and in a year you should have 6 inches of growth.
So please people stop thinking products grow your hair and auto doing mechanical damage to the hair shaft with tight styles and product styling and you’ll be ok. 😊

But i regret it in my college day because i have acute insomnia, and because of it, i started to suffer hairlost. Litterally lost a lot of hair. But i am glad it is starting to grow back as i grew healthier😅

Sorry, I like you but the only scientifically based product is Minoxidil 2% (Rogaine/Regaine) for females, while for males there are Minoxidil 5% and 1 mg of Finasteride. There are some other products that have some efficacy (PRP, il-PRF, etc.) but none of those you just mentioned (except Minoxidil). Either you’re lying to your audience or you’re relying on anecdotes. If you think I’m wrong (but unfortunately I’m not) drop the research. Many girls follow you. If there’s no research, for the wellbeing of your fans I suggest you to delete this video. Have a nice day.

Ypu only need ACV when you're using all those liquid chemical shampoo and soap-based shampoo bars. Coz these are alkaline and your scalp is acididc = thus the ACV rinse every now and then to get rid of product build up
