If you want to try to make the dough all from scratch, a foolproof recipe:
600g of white flour
400ml warm water
1 pack of dried yeast (7g) or half a cube of fresh yeast (ca. 10-15g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Mix it all together and let it sit in a bowl covered with a kitchen towel for at least 2hours!
It is enough for 2 pizzas - you can also make only half of the recipe!

As a tip for making omelettes, cook it in the pan on the hob to cook the bottom then to cook the top put it under the grill. That'll make sure its cooked evenly on both sides and you'll be able to flip it with no problem. Hope that helps :) xx
