    You nailed it dawg ! well done.
    see how quick the drill bit goes through and you got to select 1st or 2nd gear so the detent wheel is out of the way.
    After drilling, you should run the engine 5 minutes and then clean both screens out.

      Thank you for the original video that's the only reason I did my. And yes I was going to run it for one hour or so and then just do a oil change and filter.

      Ripperton, g-man. Did you guys leave the breather hose to the carb? I used a block off kit before that swaps the hose with a bolt to carb inlet and have 2 hoses running separate on breather filters but hear a wierd higher pitch hum now. Thinking after mod i should reroute the breather hoses back to carb inlet?? 09 530 exc. Please and thank you.

    if I join the two cups, can I keep the automatic distribution tensioner or is it better to put the manual?

    Nice video. Did youy find out if there is sufficient oil flow between the crankcase sump and gearbox sump? Any oil starvation in either sump? Any other issues with this mod? thx

    Have same issue on my 530, did you replace cluch cover gasket with new one or I can leave old one? best regards

      I left the old one just take ur time pulling the cover off sometimes it sticks

    How many hours do you make with bike from doing this mood? Is it still everything running fine?

      Yeah everything is good after 12 hours 2 oil changes

    Is this the “single sump mod”? I think I have the same issue with my 2008. How has the bike ran after this? Thanks!

    Im going to do this mod on my bike. Is it completely solved the oil problem? Not burning the oil after that? How many hours do u have after the upgrade?

    Buenas tardes, los niveles se quedan bien después de hacer los taladros? Al bajar la temperatura del aceite que tal trabaja el piston? No se si hacerlo o dejarlo como esta puedes ayudarme
