Should have drove the combine after getting it fixed to a CIH dealer for a 8240 or to AGCO fendt combine. They all have problems by I just like those two combines.

Looks like the bubble up auger drive failed, which is used in the LOADING process, not unloading.

Just curious if you run something else over the field after you have went over it with the ripper? Before you seed into it, and if so what? Also wondering if you do most of your ripping in the fall or spring?

Yes you would not be able to plant into that in the spring. A field cultivator or soil finisher in the spring would be run right before planting to prep the ground ahead of the planter.
