Excellent video, Jack. The Le Trap highbanker has a very good reputation for catching very fine flour gold from the North Saskatchewan River in Alberta. My son and I will be testing his old heavy duty homemade highbanker(that hasn't been used for years) in the next week or so and if it doesn't perform well, then I will be ordering a "Little Blue" (i.e. California Mini Highbanker) from Jeff at Geo Sluice. Thank you for sharing.
That first sluice was a finish sluice ,right Jack? For your cons at the end of a hard day dry washing 👍👍🇺🇸❤️
Nice work brother... get yo ass back out there! 😂🤣😂🤣
I'd like to go mining with you, I'm here in Phoenix. Maybe someday.
Man you got many pieces of equipment there from the looks of it.... Nice.
Nice sluice I would like on your next run to see a close up to see how much was captured after the two deeper ripples.
It is almost like having two sluices in one ...
Thanks for showing and sharing
I gotta get me one.. Hey I think I seen were you got that dirt.. Muahhahaha
Down on the lower claims. Closer to where Tommy used to go.
Just found you, Love the product testing! Couple of questions, did you try the included pump and it sucked or? How much water do you start with? Did you ever add miners moss to little blue? Sub'd and Liked.....
Thanks for the sub.
I have tried miners moss up front and it can’t hurt. The standard pump works fine. I just like a lot of water.
Last Tuesday Greg’s hideout road was closed but I talked to a person coming out and he said you can get thru ,no water running but every wash had cut thru the main road to gold basin. Too wet to dry wash so I metal detected for gold and meteorites ,only thing I found was trash probably only walked 3 hours but was about all I could handle. Are you connected with the claim on the 40 mile by Chicken Alaska?
No.
Not Alaska.
I plan on being there next Thursday. I’ll hunt over in lost basin south of Meadview.
I hope by then I can get in.

Great machine brother
If the sun eats it up I wonder if you could spray it with some kinda clear uv protection
Just don’t store in the sun and you’ll be fine
Hey There Jack :)
Private claim or fresh ground?
It was on a private claim club claim
I just ordered one of these for testing out in the field. I just found this video after I ordered lol. How many gallons of water did you need and how long did it last ? I'm trying to get everything I need to fit in my xj coz I'm not able to hike and carry stuff like I used to be able to after getting covid for the second time right after I had sinus surgery. Those two things caused pneumonia and I ain't been the same since. Just doing my day job which is a heavy line auto tech wears me out completely lol
You can use a black tube with water and will last. Just know dry dirt sucks up water. But I can run 3 or 4 buckets no problem.
@@GoldFeverAdventures I got a tub similar to that one but I think it's a little bigger so I should be good. Thanks for the reply. I plan on making a few filters to keep the water cleaner longer. Did you try the pump that comes with it? I'm thinking I need to upgrade
@@autotek7930 I used a 2200 GPH they also sell an agent to help settle the mud out
Where was that was again!??
In Arizona?
@@GoldFeverAdventures can’t be hahah no gold there
What's your opinion on taking something like this out on site? About how much water do you think you would need to carry? Would it be worth it to do something like that? What issues do you think could come up?
It’s very light weight and you could run it on maybe 5 gal of water or less. Easy to clean up.
Thank you for your response. I just found your channel. I love your content. You have some good information to share. I just got into prospecting with a club. They go to areas with no water here in California and I was looking for a different option other than dry sluicing. I like this option. One more question, how would you classify the material to get it ready for this recirculating sluice with no water? Thanks again, I hope you have a great day.
Shoot I just asked this question up above. Sorry for doubles lol
That geo sluice catches gold like crazy, awesome video bro👍⚒🌵
Yes sir
And the fine stuff too!
@@TheJohnEdmonton amazing how well it recovers gold. Makes the diggers very confident when running materia
