Dean pwede magtanong kung pwede ba magpractice ng law sa Pilipinas kahit sa ibang bansa ka nagraduate ng law? At ano ang mga requirements Dean kung gusto mo din dito magpractice ng law? Thank you po
The old rule was only Filipinos can practice here as long as they pass the bar exam. But they have to have a law degree from a Philippine law school. So, the only requirement to practice here to pass the bar exam. In order to take the bar exam, you should have a law degree from a Philippine law school and be a Filipino citizen.
@@TheDeanLawChannel So bali po, diba the only way to get a law degree para makapag take ng bar sa philippines is to go to law school all over again? Regardless kung graduate ka na sa ibang country?

Definitely. My undergraduate course is Management, similar to Business Administration. You are definitely qualified to enter law school with your degree
