@@bettergrowth_ I just might! Do you have a summer version? I have been making my own body butters for a number of years but somehow I haven't figured out how to make one that stays relatively firm when the weather is warmer.
I made 2oz of this today. But it seems loose not really thick. I put it back in the fridge and will whip some more to see if the consistency changes, but it’s definitely silky 😊
I was going for a more silky-smooth texture with the winter body butter. But if you want it thicker I would take from the unrefined coconut oil and add it to the cupuacu butter or add another wax like beeswax. That will help make it thicker. 💕😊

Heyy so I don’t want to use coconut oil bc my skin breaks out can I use golden Jojoba oil and rose hip oil instead?
Absolutely! Either one will work. I would just add more butters to bring back firmness because the oil will loosen the body butter.

@@bettergrowth_ is taking 10% off the oil and adding the 10% onto the kokum butter?
I would add it back into the Shea butter. Kukum butter is very hard. So it may be too much.

I have the formula in percentages, so you can make as much as you would like. ☺️
I would like to incorporate 10% actives to make it a brightening Body Butter..would I lower the oil or the butter amt?

Where did your purchase the ingredients. I see the ones for the other body butter but not the winter. Also the coconut oil I’m only seeing unrefined or refined not what’s listed in that wording. Please and thank you.
Thank you for the heart! However I’m still needing to know where to purchase the unfractioned coconut oil? Is it the same as virgin coconut oil? that’s the only thing I’m missing to start.
Unfractionated coconut oil is unrefined coconut oil. It’s solid at room temp.
