around delhi all main routes are atleast 130kmph operational with Delhi agra, delhi ahemdabad mumbai, delhi howara are getting upgraded to 160kmph operational
Not all can be bcz of many factors like soil stability, no of curves in a particular route , forest areas , the type of terrain ....but most plain areas has the potential....if the govt wants to ...they can upgrade...but cost is here and important factor too
Are people willing to pay for fares according to its cost and other overheads. Passenger fare is already subsidised.. Govts have been wasting money on freebies. We can't have world class trains with our current Indian fares
It is worst experience of my life of train journey, you know railway caterer food, paani jaise daal, raw chapati, and stone pelting (Varanasi to deoghar v.b.), takes 2-3 hrs extra from normal trains😂
Worst train in terms of comfort....BC indigo seats are more comfy than Vande Bharat Train .....I literally had a back pain for 3 days.....worst experience

180 to 250 is much better for 20 to 24 Coach Train. Atleast India is reaching half of Global Standards. High Speed Passenger and High Speed Cargo Trains is need of Hour in India.
India is already better than many global train services , only Japan and Germany is ahead of india, usa lacks long routes, fast and electric tracks, china has vibrations and low occupancy and uk is too small to use trains, india is always full occupancy with very less fares and services
Only 14 countries have high speed trains out of 195 countries...even in that category only 6 countries are capable of going beyond 300km/h The global standard is actually too low... 180 kmh is actually above average when you consider 180 countries
The fact that it can still go to 200 kmph but consider how 160-180 is the maximum permissible speed in the best routes makes this 200 kmph achievement still a dream
Final reminder , Cover last ICF run of Indian Railways last ICF Garib Rath Bandra Nizamuddin Garib Rath Express via Ratlam and bid farewell because this will be the end of ICF Garib Rath era from regular Garib Rath trains, if possible cover Bandra Nizamuddin Yuva express in return journey. 180kmh is actually good progress when you consider only 14 countries have high speed trains out of 195 countries. Even in that category only 6 countries go beyond 300kmh speed. I am actually excited for beml's high speed train development with promised speed of 280 kmh. Which is so good for a country who comes at 121 th rank in per capita but i don't why we poor Indians expect China, japan like trains when we are just above sub Saharan Africa when it comes to income !
@@daredevil30000 I ain't denying that. They have the best public transportation system. be it high speed train or metro connection. Overall East Asia is the best region when It comes to public transportation.
Problem isn't speed will people pay extra fare for high speed like bullet trains? They will be comparable to airplane fares railways can't reduce fare because they have to get reimbursed for construction and maintenance of high speed trains
Making high Speed doesn't meaning just changing material & Equipping more Electronic Systems. High Speed Tracks requires Minimum Curves & disparities. Which means we need to overhaul & Change the routes of many current Lines.
Railways are providing the facilities of futuristic ways, no matter what many reasons inn but due to some passengers section we couldn't keep the trains as to that level where they should be to travel.
Before the sitting coach Vande bharat was released I used to see videos of it's trails at these speeds as well. But operational speeds are always slower due to the trains being put on routes with tracks incompatible with those speeds and other trains and signalling issues.
😂 imagination has no limit sometimes I also do these things but in more practical approach like station speed limit and loop line speed limit but it will not change the reality anyhow because we run so much train
Thanks for the video. With less number of coaches and no passengers, it's easy to hit an excess of 160 kmph. The challenge comes when the number of coaches increase to 24 and running at full capacity. I believe the speeds should drop to 130-140 kmph gives that our tracks are not capable enough to support such high speeds for long duration. But sure, the future does look promising in the next 20-30 years!!
The trial has been announced to run at 180 km/h in this particular section. So this is already known. Plus, you can always find out the speed by dividing the length of a train by the amount of time it takes to cross a reference point.
Clean train, hope its kept that way. Best to also enforce littering with heavy fines, it'd be more beautiful without that litter/dirt cloud trailing it
Railways should make all tracks compatible for atleast 160 operational speed and upgrade main route tracks for 200 kph capacity.
The speed of trains is getting faster and the government should consider building more culverts or railway overpasses to avoid causing casualties

0:57 Even the signal recognised so late that half of the coaches passed in that speed. 0:57
Yeah ... Didn't notice that
nope they are designed like that
The axle counter sensor must be fitted ahead of the signal near the Xover point. Hence the signal changed when few coaches went ahead.
That's not all an issue.
