After playing this game many years ago and now seeing Normandy shuttle for nth time I got a question - why the hell Cerberus gave Shepard ship plastered with Cerberus logo all over it, knowing well that most places hate Cerberus and Cerberus considers itself "secret" organization?
They still do, it's just buggy. I was doing an insanity run a week ago, and they can hit you from anywhere. Icing on the cake? The Insanity achievement is bugged also

I do love Josh's streams and find him very entertaining, and while I generally agree with his philosophy of "I don't need to make a perfect run, the choices I make are what matters", I cannot help but feel that during the previous game he actively refused to engage with a majority of the most important, interesting and fun parts of the game; and that going forward with the rest of the series that will do nothing but impoverish his experience and enjoyment of the game.
I kind of agree but who does he listen to for which are the valuable parts and which aren't? People wont agree on which are the parts he should focus on and once a streamer starts listening to some over others it then becomes unfair to some. And If he played through 100% of the first game he'd be going through the game for months on stream including some pretty bad and long content. The side stuff in ME1 gives really nice payoffs further down but i dont think missing those payoffs (especially if you dont have the setup anyway) means the experience is impoverished. He could have gotten more out of it sure but it's still a complete experience either way just like the people who didnt get the DLCs still got a complete experience even if there could have been more
Most people probably already know this but for anyone who is new to the game like Josh - Since Josh didn't ask Wrex about the Neutral Ground where the Clans 'share females' it'll relieve you to know that this is very much the idea of the females - they suggested it themselves to encourage successful reproduction. While male Krogan are largely dealing with the Genophage by become jaded mercenaries, the female Krogan are organising and taking steps to ensure they have the best chance of continuing the species possible. Their situation is still horrifying, but they're not suffering at the hands of the men - they choose their own mates, and males are outright expected to prove themselves worthy of the honour if they want a shot. The females also retain ALL parental rights over their offspring - when a female has a successful pregnancy after a...casual mating...she's not even obliged to find out who the father is, let alone inform them. While the horror of thousands upon thousands of stillbirths, of knowing 999 times out of a 1000 your pregnancy will fail, or your child be stillborn, is...beyond real comprehension on that scale...they don't have additional awfulness piled on top of that. Beyond having to live on Space Australia.

I seem to dimly remember charge also restored my shield when i played as a vanguard in the original. Did they change this in legendary edition?
