  • After the epic sandbar party the night before, we survey the damage, cleanup some garbage and watch the barges break down before heading out for a fun day on the boat to Cayo Costa Pelican Bay Sandbar.

Nice of you to police the area around your boat. I wasn’t aware they supplied floating Porta potties. On the final note, my unmet friends. Must be great to go home and park your boat behind your house. No going to a marina, loading up your vehicle, driving home, and unloading the car again.

Question Capt. Tom: In your Regal, do u use the blower for the 😮generator and a/c at night? Does the generator pull gas from the main tank for the outboard? Do u think Regal can make this boat without the power tower, since we have a low bridge to go under to get home on the Eternity canal. Thanks

I usually use blower before starting generator, but don’t usually run it all the time after it’s started. The gen pulls fuel from the main gas tank like the outboard. The power tower when collapsed fully is no higher than the windshield at 7’1”, so deleting the tower doesn’t lower clearance. All Cape Coral salt water canal bridges are at least 8’ clearance at mean high tide

I know yall are probably joking about holding on to that stuff, but I would get rid of that pin asap. Those are notorious for having something in it that is very bad to be caught with.

He is a retired police officer. I’m sure he’s aware.
