I have an 07 expo and it’s great to me so far 180XXX miles on it and no big repairs other than the radiator. Long as you do a tune up on it it’ll be fine ! Spark plugs, filters, all the oils etc…
I have an 08 Platinum XP. Bought new, 158k miles original 5.4 engine/trans no issues. Keep up on maintenance; still has the power feeling when brand new. Careful on buying a used one; compression test that bish. Meet and do a cold start and go from there. Old post I know but did you get one?
