Tmjon Keep going, you need to make whatever you’re doing a habit and that can only be done if you’re repeatedly performing the action.
Also keep anything that’s distracting you away from yourself.
Furthermore, build your habits slowly e.g if you’re trying to build a habit of reading start by reading 5 mins then slowly increase as you get used to it. This will stop you from burning out so quickly and procrastinating.

Journaling counts as creating as well. You don't need to create things to get value out of it. Just express yourself. It gives you the same pleasure. I have been Journaling for a month now, the three sentences from a couple videos ago + one sentence starting with "I am..." and then a positive character trait about yourself, after you wake up and right before you go to bed. And usually I freestyle something about what I learned each day about myself and being aware and so on.

I feel like my work was in vain... until i started to hold my pencil again and draw, i didn't realise just how important these things are to me, that they are the reason why i still haven't committed suicide and that creation was my reason why i would take up my future course! Consuming! Creating!
The 2 things activities are Classified into!
Consuming is easy and not that full filing or producing!
Creating is making something from your brain!
Creating is imp! It makes us feel good!
Do more creating! Eg drawing, gardening etc.!
    Try different creating!
And finally reach the flow state!
Flow state, = high quality creating = high concentration!
So basically do things that make ur Brain warmed up!

I love the flow state, because in the flow state, the ACTIVITY ITSELF is its own reward. The process, not just the outcome, matters.
Another reason that creating things is so powerful, as opposed to just consuming, is due to the three components of motivation: autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
Sure, you can have the same autonomy watching Netflix all day as you do choosing to create a work of art, but that’s where the similarities stop.
Getting better and better at something that matters to you (mastery), and then sharing it with people, so you’re contributing to something bigger than yourself (purpose), THAT’S when you feel motivated, “in the zone”, and truly fulfilled :)
For me personally, I feel flow any time I give a speech at Toastmasters (a public speaking club), because I’m choosing to do something I like to do, something I want to get better and better at, and something that I think can help at least a few people in the audience improve their lives.

@@Artyom-x8t Ive struggled with porn for the past 3 years and had to end a long term relationship because it took away my ability to feel love or pretty much anything. After all that struggle ive finally been able to control it and im on day 50 of hardmode which is huge, I never intend on going back. I can literally start to feel again like a normal person and not to mention I can feel the insane sexual attraction from so many girls as the person above mentioned I can basically hold perfect eye contact and not stutter or act weird when alone with a girl. Voice has definitely gotten deeper and gym gains have been better too. Far less distracted in general but much more in tune with how I'm feeling as before it was literally nothing. Loads of other positive things as well like the feeling of not being a failure. Only day 50 so far, I'm sure by 120 it'll be a million times better as people have told me. Stick with it even if ignorant people talk against it or make fun if you because porn (not masturbation) really is the biggest plague to men in modern society.

I recommend a few things. Being able to create functioning devices, creating music, reading, writing and self improvement. Simply writing this comment is giving a small trinket of value to people who read it (and value for myself). Reading seems more like consumption, but you're brain is providing the value of imagination, and understanding for yourself, and it's been able to help me speak more fluidly and clearly. I'm so thankful to be able to create music - simply tuning my Kalimba for the first time made me hellava motivated. We all learn science if we went to school, but to be able to make something new and useful with that knowledge is probably the most valuable thing you can do for so many people.
