This perspective overlooks the essence of Buddhism, which is not about opposition but about liberation from suffering, for all beings. The beauty of Buddhism lies in its universal message-one that seeks to end suffering through understanding, ethical living, and the cultivation of wisdom. It is not bound by the need to oppose any other religion or philosophy but stands on its own as a path to enlightenment. By allowing Buddhism to be defined only as an anti-Hindu movement, we diminish its true potential, which is to offer peace, compassion, and wisdom to all, regardless of their background. In recognizing this, we must strive to honor the full scope of Buddhism, embracing its teachings in their entirety. It is not just a tool for social change, but a profound spiritual path that guides us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
