The camping moon fuel transfer adapter allows you to transfer gas from one canister to another. Follow the link below to get one for yourself. www.amazon.com...
I got myself one of those gizmos as a stocking stuffer from the wife last Christmas (she was pretty surprised when I opened it Christmas morning lol). It's a great little doo-dat and worked exactly as advertised and helped me clean up my collection of partial canisters that never seemed to have enough fuel to take on a hike but too much fuel left to simply throw away. Well worth the money in my opinion.
Got one for 2€ from Aliexpress. Saved me so much money on the Camino from leftover fuel canisters. Lots of people leave behind half empty canisters when they buy a new one.
This was very helpful. I bought the Camping Moon limited edition year of the rabbit lantern that came with a mini isobutane canister. I then purchased the fuel transfer adapter, and now I can just follow your example. Thanks!!!
I bought a cheap unbranded one of these a couple of years ago. I put both canisters in the freezer and let gravity do the work of transfering the liquid gas. Never had a problem except once, when I overfilled. Attaching a stove and turning it on resulted in liquid gas coming out, so I just reversed the process to lower the content and all worked well. Now I can buy the cheaper (by volume) big gas cans and transfer to my tiny cans for weekend trips or medium cans for a week. It's been a game changer. The only thing to watch out for is that you shouldn't put propane mix into a butane-only can, the pressures are higher with propane.
👍 have had one for a while, mine was cheaper, but not quite as nice as the one you have. Give Chris the near empty one…. Maybe w less fuel available he won’t burn his steak or pancakes so badly ! 🤣

Definitely worth the money.

Definitely a great tool to get all the fuel out of those almost empty canisters.

Getting one of these transfer valves was one of the best things I ever got. I must of had 10 tanks laying around before it. Great video!
Thanks MK. I was the same. I had a bunch of tanks laying around half empty.

It’s definitely a game changer. Thanks for the info as well!
This definitely solves a nagging problem for backpackers. Good demo man
Thanks. Check is in the mail.
Awesome way to transfer very good advice. Camping moon has some good stuff 👍
Yeah I’ve been eyeballing those for a little while. I think I’m gonna have to get me one. Nice demo by the way!!!
Thanks. It’s pretty nice to be able to go out with a full tank every time.

Great idea. Take care buddy.
I’m just trying to prevent getting botulism in the backcountry Michael sheesh
Very cool. Going to to run this playlist.
This video was suggested to me. I have one of these type of items. They work great! I always use a scale as well.
New sub to the channel😃
Thank you! I have used this many times now to refill canisters before heading out on trips. It’s always nice to have a full canister in your pack.
@@CarlsonAdventures yeah, with a full canister then you don't need to worry.
Now that's a cool little gadget. Would pay for itself in one season
Heck yeah. No more guessing how much is in your tank and the ability to transfer from one to another.
Well that's something I hadn't thought to look for. Have the propane refill though.
This was a great video! So, I'll buy one using your LINK.
Thanks Dad!
Dude… I love that. And I so need that.
It’s pretty handy!
Great info. Thanks.✌️
Thank You!
Great video. Do you have a link to the chart you were referring to?
Well worth the price
Absolutely!
I’ve been meaning to get one of those. Where did you find that chart?
I found the chart on google. I can DM it to you on IG if you want.
