Brody still draws, man. 😂 👏 Scott Hall, man, you were the coolest, baddest, most charismatic, charming, hilarious, real, incredibly gifted, and absolutely the most gorgeous man in all of pro-wrestling. You’re so missed. My #1 all-around favorite. ♥️
I will never forget Nash's response on one of the Kayfabe Commentaries shoots being asked about Bret Hart and why he was so... Bret Hart. "You have to remember, the guy's socialization process was HIS DAD WAS STU." It really says it all.
Back in the day my friend ran into FUBU Lex at Sturgis. He asked for an autograph for his little brother & Lex told him to F off. So after that him & all our friends thought Lex was a pos. 😂
Same here. Scott Hall was a cool ass, bad ass dude. One of the greatest to ever do it. I watch videos and matches about him all the time. (RIP BAD GUY)
my biggest takeaway from this is the Lex fashion change as a result of riding with Nash. I remember distinctly that Luger who'd wear zubaz or typical tight late 80s/early90s Jordache type jeans with a tucked in polo or button up shirt and then suddenly a Luger in the baggy jeans and oversized Fubu/Phat Farm shirts. Seemed like a HUGE pendulum swing. Now i know why
Huge fan of the TV show and this podcast is a great bookend... A real treasure. What a great idea to make sure these audio archives come to the surface from these great creators! Also a big Lapsed Fan listener (fell in deep on the von Erich saga -- if only The Iron Claw was as good as that epic series).
It was always strange to me that one of the people on the wrestling with shadows documentary “picketing” WWF right after the screw job was… Jason Sensation. What?? And there just so happened to be a documentary crew following Bret at the time, totally unheard of… and yet they are right there to capture all of this backstage?
There’s a couple parts where Bret is speaking to his wife and they talk about how Vince might not stand by his word and stuff like that which I found strange on the rewatch. Not sure it was all planned but I don’t think Bret knew more than he let on.
I want to know why there hasn't been an episode on big boss man, crash holly, lance cade, yokozuna, test over some of these unknow wrestler and living wrestlers
21:50 The wrestlers can't believe it's real. Apparently some have an inner need for it to be real. And there IS an aspect that is quite real or there would be no need for certain chemical substances to alleviate pain.
A friend of mine once worked for a small Irish indie company and bought Scott Hall a breast in a bun meal at Hillbilly's chicken in Cork because there were no steak restaurants opened at midnight.
LOVE THIS SHOW! Heads up you guys left some space at the end. Keep em coming!

Need more of these guys, keep up the great work. Salute from Croatia 🇭🇷
Bret Hart is one of my favorites, but man... Scott's description of him was hilarious.

Would be brilliant to see an episode done on Andrew Test Martin.
Him and Sean O’Haire
Was great to hear Scotts voice....
Love Scott Hall ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I loved Scott Hall. Miss him.😊
Do an RVD episode and a Raven episode. Maybe an episode on 80's and 90's Japanese fixed fights that were advertised as shoots

One of the coolest MFs to grace the ring. RIP to the BAD GUY! Thank you for making my child hood fucking cool.

LOL. My favorite wrestler before Razor Ramon was Ultimate Warrior. This is funny to hear.
I had no idea ANYONE thought the Montreal Screwjob was a work!... the idea is blowing my mind.
I kinda thought it was a work too haha.

Not sure how hard it would be bit I always thought a international spinoff of this series(mostly Jspan) would be interesting.

I shoplifted from that RF kiosk. The lady who ran it was a HUGE KID USA mark

Could we please get a Rick Rude episode?
Right? How this show has gone 5 seasons and still not a rick rude episode!
@@Workingman22 Can't blow your wad that early. Hopefully there will be quite a few more seasons, so enough time to get there.
Rest In Peace Scott Hall
Hashtag Lapsed, pal
Who the guy who sounds exactly like Dana White?
You could've made this one 2 hours easily.
Lapsed Fan could make this one 20 hours, easily..
@@damndippindots560 and I'd be here for all 20 hours of it cause Scott Hall stories are truly the best stories.

How about talking about Scott Hall and not The Sandman.
Is this legit Chanel
