@Zena Elmahmoud it definitely works I did it and it got rid of my black I went wayyy too dark I looked like a crack head it’s not my exact brown with golden highlights but it’s def brown and the more you do it the more it lightens I’ve prob done it about 5 times
Oh, yeah. Big difference, and beautiful. I am graying, have incrementally lightened my brown hair, using a dark blonde hair dye. Decided to try another hair dye, dark blonde and it turned my hair black. I'm off to the store for some Dawn! Thank you for being my guinea pig, sweet girl.
I think it worked perfectly! That is a great color on you! It looks absolutely natural. It’s darker than your natural blonde in the beginning of the video, but not brown at all. Seriously very natural looking medium beige blonde. 👍😀
My natural hair color is a light brown and I dyed it dark blue without bleaching, and now my hair looks completely black and it’s so bad lol. Thank you for this vid
@Magely Rodriguez it definitely lightened it and helped, but it takes a few times to get the color completely out. I’m still in the process ;) good luck buckaroo
You can mix shampoo (even with softening shampoo) and vitamin C. You should wait 25 minutes to 40 minutes. This will do to same without drying this much. I tryed it and it worked.
Mix 15 or so vitamin c tablets with the dish liquid, massage well into hair, add more dish liquid not water to help cover the hair and wrap head tightly with glad wrap. Wash out after 1.5hrs. Condition well. Works for me every time even dark red semi permanent.
Jill Evans my hair was naturally blonde no highlights before I dyed it brown. I did this treatment 3 times about once a week with conditioning treatments to not dry it out too much. It’s definitely a gradual process
My hair is a medium lightish brown and I wanted it to be lighter so I used blonde boxe dye and it made it lighter but It made me turn a bit ginger so I toned it with t11 toner and developer will this turn my hair back ?
This will wash out the toner, but it won’t wash out the ginger color your hair turned from the box dye because the ginger color is likely due to the lightening agent in the box dye and not the color deposit. The only way I got rid of the ginger was bleaching my hair again, but depositing a darker color on it would also work!
what was the vitamin c remedy you did before because I dyed my hair dark brown and your hair in the beginning of the video is like my natural hair colour and I’m just wondering how you got it to that colour
@@avielle Yup it does, on dark colors I mix lemon juice with Dawn dish soap I got permanent dark dyes lightened black went to medium brown. yogalin2000 it does dry out your hair a bit, so I just use a conditioning treatment after or lather up on regular conditioner and that helps a lot. I wouldn’t do it more than twice a week!
Riley Bb yeah I forgot to mention that. That happens the longer you leave it on but it was manageable for me. If it gets too uncomfortable I would wash it out right away! Sorry for not giving a heads up on that!
I'm a natural red head and my hair got dyed a brown color with permanent salon dye. I wanna show more red in it to like an auburn, but I also don't want to take out too much dye. Does this remove all of it or just fade a little lighter?
The whole point is that it is an anti dandruff shampoo bc they are clarifying and strip your hair of literally everything but if u have a strong dish soap it will work with the 3 in 1 but less, you’ll have to do it more often
Remedies I’ve Tried: 1)Baking Soda Mixed With Dandruff Shampoo- I washed my hair 4 times with this. My hair was very crunchy afterwards. Made no difference in hair color. Also made my hair very crunchy.
It won’t permanently affect the curl pattern of your hair, it might leave it a little dry right after which could make it a bit frizzy so I would use a deep conditioner after!
My hair is naturally dark brown but I’ve gone light some many times and I’m goin blonde again. Rn is orange but I have a lot comin in the mail for my hair
