The upgrade choice is actually top tier game design. Some people might be heavily invested in the gun and only have a few/no points invested in telekinesis or vice-verse and the developers know this so they're giving the player this choice.
Lack of ambient occlusion on Emily's teeth fails to shade her back teeth as they would be in the "real" world. Even though the teeth fit in her "mouth bag," no shadow is applied. Actually, it doesn't happen only with Emily; it crops up with other characters as well.
just a tip for next time you spot the big fella from the fridge: DO NOT SHOOT. Keep your gun down and show some respect, you'll be in his home, after all, and it's quite unkind to shoot your host while having a chat over some provolone. You don't want to miss out on a good long chat with him
Yesterday I was fucking around in MidJourney making cinematic images of Jesse’s background during the Ordinary AWE. I think her background would make a GREAT movie, I’m imagining something along the lines of Lean On Me, The Goonies, Let the Right One In, Oculus etc

Additionally, I’d suggest going to the Maintenance sector again and checking the board in the room where you met Ahti originally.

This game is very strange in that pretty much all of its boss fights are not part of the main quest line. You have to go out of your way to find them.
Sure does reinforce the cult vibes to hear the pre board bureau members.
