Smokemont Campground | Great Smoky Mountains National Park | Cherokee, NC

My wife and I give a brief review and some of the highlights of camping at the Smokemont Campground in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Cherokee North Carolina. We show what the bathroom facilities look like, the campsite, the creek nearby and also an overview of the hiking trails adjoining the campsite. I hiked a bit on the Smokemont Loop Trail while staying at the campground. The trailhead was only a 200 yard walk from our campsite. In the video I show some highlights from that trail. Enjoy!

There is one bear box near the office for motorcyclist and people on foot.
