It's cause to Call Jaro was the strongest Jedi he's whoever lived which was probably not true considering how easy it was for him to be put down by a group of clone troopers. Then again clone troopers are known for taking down Jedi and were created for that very purpose that's why they have chips in them if they were to go rogue against the Jedi order they'd reek hell on the council.

My theory: Jaro is invincible because in the game Jaro Tapal is a memory and Cal believes that he was invincible.
or they just didn't feel like adding a new attack pattern in a free dlc. (one that doesn't block everything and only does one simple combo)

Take into a that, yes he saw him die, but he also believes that the only reason he died was because of him by protecting him, maybe before the order 66, he truly saw Tapal as this, powerful Jedi who could demolish everything if not for being distracted by trying o save his padadawn, in a kids mind, his master in the peek of performance, the ideal of a fighter, and if you remember even in the memory sequence, cal was not able to defeat them by mere skill...but by forgiving himself, and accepting the fact that his mater willingly gave his life so he could continue

In a way it's kind of fitting that he's invincible here. Cal always viewed his master as extraordinary; unbeatable even. Like a son sees his father almost. So it makes sense that the apparition of Jaro-which is nothing more than a memory from his apprentice-is nearly godlike and unbeatable.

Actually, Tapal can die. If you "overload" him (most easily done by placing all other bosses against him), after a while he just freezes in place and cannot be interacted with

Contrary to what everyone thinks, although Tapal cannot be killed, he can be "killed." What I mean by this is that although there's no way to kill him by conventional means, he can still be damaged, and after he takes enough damage, he "dies." I tested a match (twice to make sure it wasn't a glitch) in which Tapal is against every other main boss in the mode (Trilla, Inquisitor Cal, Ninth Sister, Malicos), and after a while Tapal froze in place. You can't pass through him like with any other enemy corpse, but the other enemies return to thier starting position as they would when they're the last one left.
Short version
Tapal has no death animation, but can still take damage, and in a sense, die. If you place him against the other bosses, he eventually freezes in place and the other enemies return to thier starting spots.

For Taron Malicos, you have to put them into a different formation. They don’t attack each other when you put them in a single line, but put them in basically any other position, and they go at it. Try something like a ‘W’ shape. Worked for me.

Going up against Taron, 2nd Sister, 9th Sister, and Inquisitor Cal all at once is some of the most fun anyone can have in Fallen Order.
Edit: I'd just wish you could change the cap on how many units you can have fighting against you

A couple days ago I beat the hardest challenge in the game:
5 Oggdo Bogdos
That's not too bad
ducklady I know but there’s a joke about how hard Oggdo Bogdo is at the start of the game so it was a bit tough cuz it’s so much to keep track of but in reality 5 Trillas is the hardest challenge
At the end its a walk in the park

@@AceOSpades717 If my memory is good, at some point in the game, I think it's in thw Dathomir temple, you kind of become an inquisitor but it's only in Cal's mind, and it's only for a few minutes of gameplay but it was nice !

the thing with the 5 second sisters happened to me too with them just walking and then suddenly just ATTACKING
I tried fighting Second and Ninth Sister backed by a few purge troopers... turned on invincibility as I didnt expect to win otherwise... and it was total chaos as described here. Just an endless stream of stunlocks, unblockables, AOEs, and force ragdolling. Eventually killed them all (was much easier once the purge troopers were dead and thus stopped stunning me), but it was just ridiculously chaotic while it lasted. There's my crazy arena experience for you, lol.
The AT-ST drivers will attack you even if you're in spectator mode, although they can't actually damage you

I came up with "Dathomir Mosh Pit" , its 6 club warriors, and 2 bow and they have taken out countless enemies. even the night sisters , evil kal, malocos, its nuts. They have issues dealing with a ATST and i think thats because they aim for the center and its just too tall to hit

Oh wow, I remember that after I'd done all the 1v1's I decided to try putting all the bosses in the ring at once. Was kinda surprised when they all went after Tapal, and it ended up with me fighting Malicos by myself while a complete clusterfuck of the Inquisitors vs Tapal happened in the background. Icing on the cake was when the PS4 couldn't handle the awesome chaos and crashed part-way through.

I put 4 of each legendary fauna against 1 boss. It was pretty entertaining seeing the difficulty difference between them all.
When target lock jumps were still a thing I did one to the top of a stormtrooper tower and hid from Jaro Tapal🔛🔝‼️‼️
Last time I had this much fun was in Jedi Knight 2, spawning a lot of Rancors and hundreds of Mon Mothmas.
Yes the same thing happened to me in the AT-STs drivers
I had a lot of fun with this battle grid recently, having a free for all between Jaro, Second Sister, Malicos and the Ninth Sister, whilst also placing two Skungus plants. I had to survive and kill Jaro with the Skungus afterwards.
Another fun thing to do is to duel Malicos in your inquisitor outfit, working with an inquisitor to take him down. It was fun to coordinate attacks with my ‘teammate’ whilst trying not to let the inquisitor target me. After Malicos died, Cal and the other inquisitor would turn on each other to reap the rewards of Malicos’ death to gain Vader’s favour.
I love the idea behind this mode. You can try out matches not possible in the game, like flame trooper against the undead. Or stormtroopers vs AT-ST. Or see o all Purge troopers, which type stands as winner. One thought I had was, a stormtrooper squad with commander and maybe scout trooper support, against a purge troper squad with commander

I did an experiment with the bosses,
I made every lightsaber boss fight Jaro Tapal in battle grid,
It took an long time but at the end, Jaro was dead or as you know (when he dies he kinda freezes)
So, its safe to say he's not invincible. Just able to block WAY to much,
