What's your favourite Lightsaber stance?
Only got the first 3 so far, but the duel wielding is so fast and right up my alley, just left Koboh loving it
Cross guard and double bladed.
Standart 1 Hand and Double bladed. Didnt unlocked Crossguard yet but the Counter on the Dual Wield is way to slow. Also the small Guard Bar especially on Jedi Grandmaster is a no go for me. Tested Blaster Stance a little bit but it just feel wrong.
5:45 god I laughed so hard at that
Crossguard
use a stim to top off your health before you open the stim chest - when you get a new stim/stim slot it will automatically max out all your stims so it's like a free rest without resetting the mobs.
oh a game where you can rush threw without doing anything and still there are bugs to abuse liovelky
. like wtf how can you not jsut trashdown this weak game? game 1 was kinda good this one just fcked it up.
Yes!! And I *always* forget to do it then kick myself as soon as BD’s cute animation begins.
@@WeedmanSkirrit’s…it’s not a bug, though….
@@davidalan528 my point still stands, the game is ways easier than part 1 which already failed at being a ''soulslike''.
@@WeedmanSkirrExactly the same thing was possible in JFO too. This isn't a soulslike, this is a PG-13 Star Wars game
Tip: When on zip lines, you can hold LT/L2 or RT/R2 to slow done and speed up
I can not stress how incredibly important and useful force confusion is. In this game and in the last, getting ganged up on was a major obstacle and a very quick way to die. But with confusion, get at least one or more of those (human) characters to fight with you and make things more even. My advice is to max out that skill tree as fast as possible.
I barely used confusion because for some reason it takes me out of the flow of the fight, I know I don't have to but it feels like I have to disengage to confuse an enemy
Just wait until you can start confusing the wildlife--it is a huge help!
@@tsunamiii367 I confuse first from as far away or up as possible. After pared down the enemies, then I just go and and use my saber.
Is there some kind of adjustment to confusion in ng plus? I have the tree maxed out but every time I try to use it the game doesn't allow me to.
😢
My Tip: There is a skill that makes stim refill most of your force meter. Get it fast. It makes specially those harder fights a lot easier as you have a lot more force available to use.
Ended up getting this upgrade shortly before Act 3. Was very upset with myself for not getting it as soon as I could for how useful it was
Where can I find it?
@@XxOM3GA75xX Under "Survival: Resilience" the skill is named "The Power of Friendship"
You can google it.
When you arrive at Ramblers Reach there will be a rumour quest near the workbench asking you to find missing prospectors in a mine close by. You have to fight a massive rankor beast & you will receive the shatter perk upon victory. The perk breaks the enemies block & leaves them temporarily stunned 👍
the perk increases block meter dmg when you attack an opponent
I just beat him it was so cool to see you can also put a bone in his mouth if he grabs you to try and eat you.
@james !!! What? A way to avoid instant death by the rancor? I gave up on that, as it was so extremely difficult to stay alive.
I need to know the best way to beat this beast
Probably not new information for most players, but for me it was, so I'll make it my tip: jumping over attacks is the replacement for the (now removed) dodge roll, so many of the red unblockable attacks are best jumped over and not dodged.
Dodging in general has been made more difficult and less spamable compared to the first game (the timing required is much tighter, enemies have more attacks that home in on you until the last moment before they connect making dodging to the side useless and the forced "pause" between dodges seems longer to me) and is much less useful now. Learn to jump instead.
Learn jump dodging. Once you unlock the mid air dash if you just tap jump and immediately tap dodge it will do a dodge just above the ground with practically 0 recovery time unlike the normal dodge. Takes some practice but I was much better off once I got it down.
There is a force ability that allows auto dodge. I've been using it in conjunction with the Flux perk. It makes most battles easier to complete.
maybe play part 1 it was decent this is jsut grabage. better ülay darksouls (obvi got baited at game 1 and it was fine seond game is jsut fckignb trash)
Ty for this ive been struggling with even just those little furry things bc they do non stop red attacks so im constantly trying to time O
I literally just beat Fallen Order, and jumped into Jedi Survivor in the same day. Same combat, same controls, same gameplay/exploration. The only differences are more customization, bigger world, more abilities and stances. The story is less compelling sure but calling it trash? That is crazy lol@@WeedmanSkirr
My tips: don't bother trying to find the last missing treasure in specific zone early on, there will be an upgrade which will put the icons on the map later on for each of the treasure types which would help you find missing things. Crossguard stance at least for me became the default stance as soon as I got it, and I only switched to double-blade for groups of small enemies.
I am so slow with crossguard. I love its power, but I don’t know how to handle heavy raiders and beasts that are so freaking fast and relentless.
@@midnightcitizen you will eventually learn their patterns anyways and blocking parrying dodging at the right moment will be natural, at least that's how I approached it
What about when you get to an icon on the map and the treasure isn't there? Like in the saddle barn by the cantina. I have an icon right in one corner and nothing is there. It's driving me crazy.
@@benschroeder4036 For these ones better to google, but that one in particular is when you stable a mount in there and it leaves the ore in the manure after a bit. but I might be wrong.
@@voronovychda Yeah, I didn't want to Google it, but I did because my game was being a little visually glitchy last night and I wanted to make sure it wasn't technical issues. I probably wouldn't have ever boarded an animal in there otherwise.
Thanks for this video. Kinda sad to only find hate vids on the game. It plays fine for me and it really is beautiful, im 7 hours in. Just got to 2nd planet and then came in to work
The game runs like ass on ps5 performance mode. I'm on the second planet and it chugs at 20 FPS. Kinda sad to see people like you excusing the dog shit optimisation and being corporate apologists.
Aside from performance the game is fun which is what most of the "hate" videos seem to be talking about.
I mean the hate is somewhat justified. If it runs 'fine' for you, then that's okay but it doesn't negate the issues with the game for most people. It doesn't run as it should on PS5 or high-end PCs from what I can see. Not sure about Series X.
I’ve had no issues on my PS5
@@dave011679 And, as I said to the other guy, good for you. But it doesn't negate the fact that there are widespread issues with the game that need fixing. I can see on my PS5 that it doesn't perform as it should do in performance mode and is notably worse than other new titles I've bought for PS in the past. It's the same story for countless other players.
Beautiful? I don't know about that, graphics are pretty disappointing tbh. Does this look like a PS5 game to you?
If you’re coming over from Fallen Order, check your confidence in Parrying and Reflecting blaster bolts at the door. Combat situations where you have to deal with both melee AND ranged opponents are much more frequent in this game, and if you don’t take the right approach you’re gonna find yourself getting lit up a lot. Take a cautious and patient approach to battle like a real Jedi would, rather than flying in sabers blazin
This game def requires more patience. I'm typically an aggressive player head first kinda thing. Yeah can't do that in this game
My tip for when you’re starting out: plan on using your free skill point refresh only after you unlocked all stances. Up until that point, upgrade what you want, experiment, test things out. Then when you unlock the last stance, figure out your primary stance load, what abilities you like to use and focus on those when you refresh.
You can also get unlocks that show you every chest and scan point on the map
The First Stim Upgrade is actually already in Coruscant in the Meat Factory guarded by a Security Droid....i even leveled on the Enemy cause the Meditation point is right at there but i still missed the Chest because they look so different compared to Fallen Order....now i have to wait till i can revisit the Planet 😓
you can revisit right away
@@ariici no you cant. Once your done with the Planet its gone from the Planetary Map. You have to wait till after the 2nd visit of Jedha
@@DantoriusD not true
@@DantoriusD i was able to go to coruscant right away
@@ariici Dude Stop telling BS. You even get a Notification after Jedha when you go to the Map in your Ship. Cal says that now Merin joined the Crew they can go back to Coruscant since she can hide the Ship. Just watch some "All Stim Location Videos" nearly all of them mention that if you miss the first Container you have to wait till your much further into the Game.
Great vid! I'm a big fan of the double-bladed lightsaber. It has great reach, and wears down enemy guard quickly. In terms of tips, mine would be to remember you can throw your lightsaber right from the start. Hold block, and then hit your force attack button (triangle/x/whatever). Does decent damage, and gives you a little range. Also, force push kills regular battle droids.
This is my first time watching any of your videos and I’m super impressed at how well made it is
Really appreciate the spoiler-free walkthrough. That was awesome
So far the blaster is my go to. It trivialized ogdo and rancor on grand master. It might just match my play style but I highly recommend giving it a shot.
"Give it a shot"--I saw what you did there.
First time coming across your channel. Really great vid that’s well thought out and put together. Hope you have a great one!
Thank you Nozza! Got stuck on 1st planet so I appreciate the help! Nice to hear a fellow Aussie! Have a great day! 👍
I think the best change to the map is that you don’t clearly see every single level. The level you’re on is the only level you see.
The levels also seem much more spread out rather than stacked on top of each other. In the first game I was always switching between map levels trying to figure out which path would actually get me where I wanted to go. Add on fast travel and constantly unlocking shortcuts to make re-exploring easier, and I'm looking forward much more to 100%-ing Survivor. Spending literal hours sometimes tracking down that one last scannable on the farthest side of Kashyyk, getting lost, and trying to get back to the ship broke my soul.
@@kevinw.6177I would have to agree. Even if there wasn’t fast travel in this, the amount of shortcuts there are makes things so much easier.
Thank you so much! You offered awesome advice, I'm still on Koboh, so this was perfect for me! 👍 Thanks also for not spoiling anything. Honestly, it's just an excellent video!! 🌠
Iceman, you're amazing! Thanks for the kind words and super chat. Appreciate it.
I love how BD pushes buttons in the matis when Greez isnt looking.. Watch him when your in hyperspace
Within the first 40 seconds, you've won me over and earned my respect. Thanks for not spoiling the game while giving us quality info regarding the game. Cheers bro , yr a legend mate.
That's what everyone should do. It's sad that you have to thank someone for it, but that's the case
Spot ON! Great tips. As I think was mentioned by others, there is a stim on Coruscant that is pretty easy to get. I 100% agree with all of your tips. Confusion especially. One of the other things you get to upgrade is, for lack of a better way to put it, the power level of the humanoid you can confuse. If you go straight up the tree you can confuse almost anyone below a boss. It is super effective. I also had the same problem with trying out stances. When I got gun/saber I HATED it because it was so awkward after using the double bladed lightsaber with its constant sweeping ballet of death. It just kept stabbing and stopping. It is a fun stance, but it plays VERY differently. Speaking of stances, with dual wield it is important to note that it is the only stance where you can actually interrupt an attack action to PARRY. I put that in caps because it is amazing you can interrupt animations, but it ONLY works for parry not for dodge.
1:33 thank you! Ive spent so much time here and basically about to just keep on woth the mission
Guys! This is exactly what I needed. It's a bit lengthy but the results are beautiful man. My FPS and the quality of the game dropped suddenly. I was playing with good graphics and then the next time it was barely running. Following the directions of this video actually upgraded how the game looks and runs and also my monitor's image quality.
great video enjoy that you went spoiler free with it thanks
I loved the Scuba Steve gag when I started playing 😀
Thank you! Very helpful!
My tip: Use force parry to parry unblockable attacks
I’ve played through the story 3 times now and I’m on the way to 100% the game, but for some reason I still watch these kind of videos every time I see them 😂 good video though, the only thing I would add is I’d probably focus mainly on the story for your first play through. Not only is the story really good, but that’s how you get all the upgrades you’ll need to access every area in the game. Nothing wrong with doing a little exploring, but I’d recommend doing the main story before doing all the rumors and stuff
Just remember, if you use the Skill Points properly and carefully, use it for your own stances that you currently used, such as Single-bladed or Double-bladed. The reason why is of course, if using a Single-bladed, you can focused DPS, Range, Speed and you can deflect 2 blasters back to the enemy, especially against Bosses. You can also use Dual Wield, but beware, Dual Wield is a Glass Cannon, means you cannot perfectly block more than 1 Blaster bolt back, it has High Damage and Speed, but Low Range.
Just got this game. Lol love star wars so im enjoying this. Had to chuckle at optional bosses since my first one was the rancor.
Awesome video I cant wait to play later !!
Heck Yeah! Hope you have fun!
Thanks for the tips!
HUGE! Thanks for the tip! Hope you're enjoying the game :)
Thanks for reminding me to equip Wisdom. I bought it but forgot to put it on 😅
I always explore whatever I can before progressing. That way I can go back and say, "oh hey I can go here now." And then I can stay into exploring. Compared to Fallen Order I was blown away with how massive Koboh is. I'm still finding areas that I didn't see were there. I am pretty perceptive and know how to read maps. Now that you mention it it does have a GOW feel to it. Just different buttons.
BD-1 is a cool companion but NOTHING in the universe beats Skoova...i mean that character just steals the whole game with his insane appearance and his stories. Every time i find him somewhere getting a fish i chill out and just listen to that insane little dude go crazy. Fav stance is double bladed + cross stance. Have not used anything else since i got both. The double bladed is a completely insane stance that i could have used just that and nothing else. (25hours into the game so far)
i recommend learning to Force Dodge glowing red attacks. just press the dodge button without a directional input. The timing is pretty easy and you gain force energy back for doing it.
I feel bad for the people who are having issues with the game, it's running flawlessly on my XBOX X. The rendering is absolutely beautiful, the combat and level of control is dramatically better then the previous game, and the addition of amputations with the lightsaber especially when performing a Perry at the end of their life bar is fantastic. There is something really gratifying about looking at the dismembered corpse of your enemy after a well-timed Kill. I'm only 2 hours in and a good chunk of this time has been spent replaying enemies after a meditation point just to get my timing down, I wish more people were having the same experience I am having. Have the majority of the people throwing down hate online actually play the game?😂
I was having big FPS drops on PS5 Performance Mode and looked up what I could do, since you can't turn down the graphics in any way. Running in Quality Mode has actually made a huge improvement because it only runs in 30fps but at least it's a constant 30fps.
Yeah I’ve had zero issues on PS5 🤷🏽♀️
If I turn the game on after it’s been on rest mode it’s almost unplayable and gets that same laggy look that fallen order had back in the day. But when it’s good it’s beautiful
Just started playing after finally finding a series X that was available on Amazon, textures are still a hot mess on Koboh. Popping details in and out. I turned off film grain and blur hoping it would speed up things, at least I don't fall through the floor when I enter the cantina now...😅
@@d3ltabrav0 yea man for some reason the consoles can’t handle it, I am surprised tho cause most say it runs smoother on the X. Hope u figure it out g
For the most part of things, I'm doing or have done the same thing which you did as well. Exploring every nook and cranny on each level. Exploring does help so that way you have a good idea as to where everything is, what's going on in the field, what you're up against and so on. There are some abilities which I have already unlocked and there are some which I haven't unlocked yet such as that green forcefield. I don't have an ability to teleport through that yet.
Awesome video! Thanks for considering spoiler footage!
I've been getting on fine without the Wisdom perk. I've found the Shatter perk which you can get really early from a certain boss really usesful. The guarding in this game seems to be far higher than FO, Shatter combined with the light and heavy attacks from dualbladed stance can stun lock some of the more annoying mob enemies if you're lucky.
Great vid! Thanks.
I personally like finding an area where I can rinse and repeat efficiently there’s groups of enemies especially near rest stops I take advantage of this and it also helps with getting timing down with stances in less than an hour you can gain roughly 8-10 skill points by doing this because one the enemies are so close and 2 you’ll gain about an 8th of a bar of xp towards your next point per rest and respawning enemies
I love the droid fort where you can fin spawn of Oggdo. The droid carrier and the hanger behind it had literal waves of enemies. Super fun challenge and a meditation point right in the middle of the area.
@@BuddyChy that’s the one I’m talking about also right above the spawn point where on platform you take out about 8 droids you can force pull the 2 guys with the hammers down to that platform and they give a 4th of a bar each of xp maybe a little more I love taking my time with these types of games cause 1 I I have to get my Jedi reflexes back because even playing on Jedi Master those enemies can be quite brutal I haven’t even left the first planet yet I’m just enjoying the game the droid conversations are a riot and I like taking my time and getting my skill points up learning those mechanics
@@kalaban2015 yeah I love that. I love that you can satisfyingly enjoy this game like that. I always listen to droid conversations. they’re hilarious. Later on, there’s two B2 droids that argue over which one has superiority based on their model number. One says it’s higher number gives him superiority but the other says the lower number means he was made first so he has superiority. The first one then says that’s not how numbers work lmao. So entertaining.
I’ve also primarily stick to double blade stance and I still feel like I can master it so much more, yet there’s four other stances I’ve had little experience with and I’m already almost done with the story. I can’t wait to keep playing and do NG+ mastering different stances.
@@BuddyChy I like the double bladed stance when fighting droids and when being fired upon then I’ll swap to single blade when fighting melee because it seems to do really good damage and breaks guard quickly
@@kalaban2015 facts. Good strategy. I’ve just been using only double bladed so I can truly master its capabilities and learn how to use it effectively even in its weaknesses. That way I actually get better at using it overall rather than only using it for its strengths. I’ll probably branch out to the other styles a lot more after I beat the story but right now it’s too much fun.
When I started the game, I just pressed all the buttons randomly in a combat, and that was works some time. But later the game pushed me to mastering all the moves, blocks, hits, to learn different strategies for a different kind of enemies. I tried all the stances until stopped on crossguarded (which is my favorite because of shocking effect) + dual wield set.
So yes, agree, mastering the stance, moves, and force using is pretty important at the middle of the game.
As you progress yoy can get map upgrades that show you the locations of chests, upgrades, scans etc these are super useful for my fellow completionists who wanna find absolutely everything
Thank you!!!
I’m 40 hours into my first play through. I’ve back tracked and explored for the majority of the time. It’s an amazing game!
Exploring early was a benefit for me because I could fast travel close to where I needed to go. I also found ways around some of the places I wasn't supposed to get past. Just because you can't get to something in the intended method doesn't necessarily mean that you can't get there in a harder method.
I slept on Confusion for too long. Turns out, the new force power with its own skill tree? The one they give you on the first planet? Yeah, enemy encounters are designed with the assumption that you'll use it. Who knew? Not me!
A couple tips from me (even though the games been out for ages) would be to stay clever especially against bosses as the combat is a lot more challenging and tactical (imo better for it as well) than the first game and sometimes it’s best to force an attack then keep your distance so you understand the attacks more. On top of that I’d say try to be aggressive once you’ve learnt the attacks, pretty much all bosses and enemies in general, bar from any basic enemy with a gun (NOT INCLUDING BOUNTY HUNTERS COUNT THEM AS A BOSS) are a bit easier keeping close and not allowing too many attacks from a distance. For me using double bladed I found it much easier learning the attacks and then staying close and aggressive, perfect parties and dodges are your friend don’t be afraid to fail a few times to get them right it’s really worth it and makes the combat a lot more satisfying too. A final tip would be explore the area that the story takes you too. So on your way to an objective or in an “area“ of the story explore it then. You’ll find you come across pretty much ALL areas of each planet as the story progresses and if you did miss anything it’s still fun to revisit these planet especially after the story when there are a lot of new things worth travelling back for and anything you think you missed (unless you were really thorough) I guarantee you most likely would of needed the skills you get further in the story anyway👍
BD is a droid puppy, love that little guy
Good video mate
Great video it’s running perfectly on Xbox series X I’m sorry for you guys that are playing on PC you are having trouble
One thing I recommend because of the skill points experience being slow to gain at the start. Is when you get to Koboh initially you grind by the oil well. Where you find the big lion looking gorilla monster thing and the raiders with the B2 droid. And then just rest and re-fight them. You can get experience prett quick and it helps to level Cal up.
Also this game is so much fun to play just do it the way you like. I did use all the stances, and what I've learned is that some stances are better with high-level combat and others useful in some specific cases, so don't be afraid to use them all.
Dual sabers Y button is perfect block/parry. Upgrades cause it to hurt enemy more
Game is really good, much improved from the first one, and that was also good to begin with
I never used the force or survival tree much. Played on jedi grandmaster mode. The game was pretty fun just by speccing into the lightsabers skills
I've found out that it usually pays up to have two different lightsaber stances that complement each other. Something that has more oomph (Single blade, cross-guard) to faster style combat (Double-blade, dual wield). Bosses can have different fighting phases, where switching between quick and strong can help: final boss I ran trough with first phase using dual-wield to stay on offensive, but second phase I went trough with a single saber, as I thought I'd need more defense and hitting power per swing.
Also the game likes to mix between enemy mobs where you might get one mob that is relatively weak but insanely numerous melee attackers suplemented with ranged fighters, or alternatively heavy-type of enemies (Droids, Purgetroopers, Smashers, Beasts) supported by heavy guns (Droideka, Missile and minigun troopers and rifle purge troopers), so having two different styles can come up handy....if you can handle the confusion.
Blaster stance is kind of a hybrid of the two: you can dispatch easily peons with it, but it can also pack a punch with charged shots.
This is terrific advice. Early on I went with staff (double-bladed) and crossguard for this very reason. And still keep going back to it.
Blaster stance can be really underrated sometimes too. Never loved dual wielding that much, but think it shines more when you have an enemy that either a) has little or no blocking, or b) you overcommit often and can "break" your attack to block.
I play on the hardest difficulty, I use the pistol stance because enemies are super hard and hard to parry so the long range with the pistol is super helpful. Hope this help
Playing on Series X and this game is fantastic.
Honestly, Crossguard can do basically anything if you can get over the slow speed, and you can always pair it with blaster to bypass block on some block-heavy enemies if you need to finish them off
My favorite stance is primary blaster and secondary double blade. The blaster stance is great against powerful opponents and there are only two of them but still versatile to handle a boat load of low level minions. The double blade for its speed and ability to jump around space being a beyblade o death. But.... once I have all of my force powers mastered I trade double blade for cross guard and fight like Darth vader at the end of rogue one
I didn’t know about skill point but i wasted 3 hours in Courosant to grind out 30 skill points to try and leanr all the survival and jedi skill. it gave me a nice cushion to worked with for the rest of the game
Wish I'd known about the Wisdom perk earlier on!
Basically use your rear back after like three to four mastery when you've mastered three of them it's perfectly fine to reset mainly because you know what since you want you know what Force power you want and of course you're going to max out survival
Dual wield is great and a favourite of many for good reason. It looks cool. But more importantly, it's fast. If you have a habit of spamming attacks, most stances that will get you killed as the enemy will start an unblockable attack and you can't stop your attack animation to block or dodge. Dual wield attacks are so fast that they rarely have that issue.
But I would suggest putting points into single wield stance instead of dual wield. Single wield has a jump force attack that you unlock with skill points. It's OP. As long as you have force power, you can devestate enemies with it. Minute long duels turn into second long fights.
On Exploration, the game kind of guides you with exploration. You won't get a rumor for something you can't yet access. So just do all the rumors and move on to the next story bit.
I've got double blade and crossguard rn. Not very good at the precision evade so I go with the high defense stances
“I think this game should be experienced on your own”
*proceeds to tell you how to experience the game 😂*
Double blade and blaster stance are the best 2 overall imo
There's a process where you can get a skill point every 30 seconds or so after you get the blaster stance. It's on UA-cam.
- I'd recommend doing that. Get all your skill points. Then continue however you want to play
Funnily enough my fav stances are the later unlocks, blaster and crossguard. I knew i'd love crossguard coz i'm a great sword user in souls games, I like a slow timed swing but heavy hit. Great vid, I forgot about getting the keycard in the shop lol
You had me at Waypoints🥰
My tip: Upgraded double blade is pretty efective aganist rancor. I even found a place, where i can farm XP on rancor.
It is? I always found the double bladed saber to be a bit slow but then again I didn’t upgrade it much. Where can I farm a rancor?
Love this game.
I disagree about the first point. I recommend exploring as much as possible at first. Yes, you'll come across a bunch of areas/collectables that you can't access yet, but you'll be leveling up the whole time and advancing your skills, which makes the rest of the game easier and more enjoyable. Plus this way you can take a break from the exploration and play the story, rather than leave the exploration right to the end, which for Koboh especially can be a bit much since there is so much to do.
I’ve stuck with the singe and double I also had the same issue with the duel wield, Triangle button. Maybe later in the game I’ll get the hang of it.
I used duel wield the whole game, never figured out the y button
Thanks for the tips!
That holomap is possibly the worst map I have ever came across in a game.
My tip is to equip one stance that is good for clearing lots of easier enemies and one that's good for clearing one hard enemy.
Dual blade & dual wield for me
Lol I didn't even know you could get your skill points back until watching the video saying not to do it. I put a bunch into doible bladed before unlocking dual weild, then put everything into that, but then I unlocked crossguard and blaster, which are my 2 current stances lol respeccing would be hella helpful 😂😂
There's a stim in Corsucant, the meat area
You know BD has different animations with certain outfit sets. Like the wanderer backpack. It's just the best
As soon as I bought the wisdom perk, I was like yeah not using a single other perk ever again lol
Glad I'm not the only one that can't shake the scuba steve reference
The blaster stance is very safe due to the how quickly you can dodge or block after an attack
I think the only one quicker is dual wield because you can outright cancel an attack mid-swing by guarding
Logged almost 20 hours before I finally left Koboh. Definitely recommend leaving and coming back after you’ve visited the third planet you can actually navigate to. Trust me
When exploring Fon-Qui’s cave you can fight the rancor and it will give you half a bar of xp. If you die to one of the red bomb creatures you can fight it again, and your death marker will be reclaimed upon its defeat. I got 10 skill points in 20 minutes using this method
The key to the game is dodging once you get that down things become much easyer and more fun you still need to block and parry but now you have a way to get out of trouble.
for re-spec I plan on waiting until the final mission
"Hey, BD, what's it like, hacking other droids?" *disquieted bleeps* "Yeah, I'd feel weird hacking other people, too."
Guess Cal got over it... "It's for a good cause, right?"
NorZZa: You might want to come back to the legendary bosses later when you're a bit more powerful.
Me: I will face-tank this [spoiler] and there's nothing you can do to stop me!
You can get at least 3 stim in koboh, I have 6 in total. I haven’t left the area
good advice - I got it on epic for $27 australian dollars and it is well worth it. Having a great time. Some great tips - I have points in all three styles :( I didn't realise all respects wouldn't be free...
oh - they had 50% off and a 33% coupon - the coupon is still there... as of the 7 January Aus time
Game played fine for me finished and new game plused still working for plat
i thought it would be dual wield but now iv used all of them. 100 percent cross guard for me
Double + single is the best way to play.
Just on my fourth play-through of Fallen Order. Is Cal still an underpowered Palawan who had about maybe 5 years of training before Order 66 then 10 years or so of no training whatsoever or has he finally been given some decent POWER capable of defeating the bosses? I don't have a series X so can't get Jedi Survivor.
