@@SimplyStrength043 What if I told you there are books in elementary libraries that share stories of fathers having sex with their daughters and the sister being gelous she isn't getting the attention. Would that be considered pedophile related reading material?

Yes, you can tell by the content of his speech that he never intended to search for unbiased truth or have an open mind. Very typical of leftist-indoctrinated students. This is similar to the behavior of students during Mao's Cultural Revolution period in communist Chinese history. It's like talking to a robot.

He’s not talking with or listening to conservatives , he’s listening to what liberals SAY about conservatives. That’s one of the biggest problems today.
It's a key difference between the movements. Progressives will misrepresent the talking points of conservatives in order to convince others. Conservatives will just let progressives speak and highlight the absurdity.
He was barely even listening - his job that day was to just keep 'what about this. what about that' - over and over with the same strawman. And he of course ignores the reality of the bill he was LYING about...
here in the uk, we used and probabaly still do of course, called homos, poufs irons, swithcers, nancy boys and so on, the poufs sort of stole the word gay, so normal people cant say i had a gay time, you will get looked at funny, now after all these years of wanting to be called, they dont like it. actually most normal people here who aint woke still call them poufs faries nany boys etc,
I wish people without a real interest in these topics would stop having opinions ie. People without kids having an opinion on what should be taught to other people's kids, like it actually has no bearing on their existence except for something to do when they are bored. I wish these people had more hobbies other than just being a skin colour or being a sexuality, its really quite uninteresting
He didn’t even know the name of the bill or anything that was actually in the bill and was actually trying to educate her. I’m flabbergasted that we actually entertain this level of moronic behavior.
I think entertaining it is the most important thing you can do. It's tedious, but if you don't put in the work to hear, digest, and discuss with them patiently, they're not going to grow or learn. If we just write them off as idiots or disregard them, they'll do the same to us. No body wins, everyone loses.
You can’t really expect a student to know the name of the bill. It is like expecting a person who is attending maths class to know every nitty detail about something. I don’t think he was trying to educate her. He definitely had his own views shaped by the media. But I think it was cool that he decided to attend a republican q and a, and have a healthy discussion.
It’s called indoctrination. When they get brainwashed, they can’t comeback. I lost both of my nephews when they went off to college. The younger one won’t even come home for Christmas because his dad is homophobic. His dad said that he feels uncomfortable seeing two men kiss on TV.
That's when you switch tactics and appeal to their emotion, these people don't think logically, they think emotionally and you have to refrain the argument to emotion. "I FEEL that to say that the bill in the Florida is the 'Don't Say Gay' Bill is deeply homophobic because you're conflating the term 'groomer' with the LGBT community and therefore lobbing unnecessary hatred for the community by framing them as child groomers."

Agree this was objective and respectful. I believe it’s not responsible for educators to imply to kids in school that same sex relationships carry no consequences with regard to starting a family. Kids DO associate parents with producing children and during pride month I’ve seen kids getting confused because they have assumed that two men or two women can make a baby on their own because that is their understanding of what parents do.
He's halfway there. He says he is confused, because he is indoctrinated and hasn't come to 'his' point of view through reasoning it out. Something doesn't add up, and he knows it. It seriously astonishes me how so many people don’t understand the majority of parents frustration with inappropriate education. This is what happens when a whole generation goes through a society that lacks shame.
I do think a lot of parents would be upset about a book that simply shows two dads or two moms, and I don't blame them, but definitely the truly infuriating thing is the blatant teaching of sexuality. If it was just situations where some book had an innocuous picture that happens to show same sex parents, but the book had nothing to do with the relationship, then there wouldn't be such an uproar as there is now. There would be some parents who would talk to the school board, some parents who would just tell their kids to not read those books, and some parents who might pull their kids out of that school and move on.
In the fifth grade the only type of "sex ed" I got was about periods. Even then, the teachers sent the parents an email telling them what the conversation was going to be about (literally just how to use a pad and the discomfort that can come with puberty), and told them that if they wanted their child to opt out to send a reply saying so. It baffles me how some schools and teachers think they can teach children about things like this without consent from the parents. Where's the respect?
I'm clearly much older than you. We didn't have email until I was in college. And for sex ed the shaman just pointed out of the cave at the sheep fucking.
There is no respect for parents anymore, and that's a lot of the big deal that a lot of people are having, much like myself, because I plan on being a parent eventually, hopefully in the near future, and I'm not going to have my kid(s) go to a school that does that, where they push a narrative more so than I actually teach the kid what the hell they're supposed to learn

The "don't say gay bill" was specifically worded for children 11 and under. We are talking about public kindergarten schools and 1st through 4th grade public schools. If you go to Disney World, they give discounts for children 12 and under. We are talking about an age group where parents "should" get a call from the school if the child "had an accident" (pooped or peed their pants.) Some public schools have "changing rooms" for trans kids who "feel more comfortable wearing different clothing than when their parents last saw them. The law asserts that 4th graders and below be taught colors, numbers, how to fasten buttons, zippers and other fasteners, tie shoe laces, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, the alphabet, reading and writing, geometric shapes, earth science, history and how to tell time from an analog clock. Important basics information. Critical gender theory does not make that list of basics according to the "don't say gay law". Alternatively, the law could have easily been called the "don't say straight" law. As it prohibits sex and gender in any form from being taught. When you list out the things children are taught at that age level, and bring up crap like a book with 2 dad's, the Democrats are being disingenuous liars. They are legitimately introducing subject matter that no child NEEDS to be subjected to at that age. Many of the books that teach children about "gender" have graphic pictures and language most people consider porn. Democrats would argue that a 5 year old kid needs to know what is going on in Fifty Shades of Gray... Not simply for straight couples, but for gays, lesbians, transgenders and multiple partners... Because diversity, equity, and inclusion is "our strength". Also banned from public school libraries is the Bible. Which actually does bring up polygamy and cheating situations, but clearly not as graphic. And nobody is allowed to bring up the bible in public schools for kids of ANY age. Nor do they discuss themes or characters from the bible. Just some context to consider when listening to the arguments of this young man in the video. But don't take my words for it. Go read the law for yourself. It is posted online. It is written in plain spoken English. It is less than 2 pages long. Most random people on the street were able to read it, understand it, and agree with it, as it pertains to children from 4 to 11. Additional context. Just this week stories of hundreds of public school teachers arrested and charged with sexual molestation and assault of minors. Happened in Chicago. A city with Liberal Democrat policies from the school board on up to the mayor. Probably thousands of children victims. And people will ask, "where were the parents?" Exactly. Probably the parents were at home or work sending tweets mocking the "don't say gay"law and the "parent right to know" what is being taught in school. Sure, maybe their kids were raped by school teachers, but at least nobody can call them racist or homophobic. They voted Democrat.

Yeah and the fact that he literally just repeated his questions like they weren't answered already. If you're going to present your side, listen to the other.
Years ago my Public school that had a religious period. Those with different religions sat out the class. I wish she had reminded him that if the left wanted the right to teach sex, conservatives could then teach their preferred religion...I would have loved to see him rationalize that one.
I love how the kid accused Republicans of lying and bigotry but then brought up the "parental guidelines" bill and called it the "don't say gay" bill which had he done any research at all would have found out his own political party is responsible for the BS he's blaming on the Republicans lol.
You are so articulate. I'm a lefty but rational voices like yours are needed. The left has gone way to far, we need your balance and truth, on these serious issues. Thank you.
You cannot believe that rational voices are needed and be on the left. That’s completely contradictory. You will never find balance or truth on the left, especially when it comes to serious issues. The left has always gone too far, and most of them want to go even further.
Same, While I am Canadian, I would say I am a bit more moderate and lean left on various issues but this is literally the only way we can cure this polarizing division that’s plaguing the U.S. and even Canada to some degree. Cooler, rational minds on both sides shouldn’t be the minority.
I agree. I am a Republican, but many "conservatives" have gone too far to the right for my taste. She had to answer evasively on the election issues, because what Trump and his blind following did in trying to overturn election results was just dead wrong. Her excuses for that behavior were weak. There was no excuse for it.
@@mitchelpinion1852 I watched that and that's when I started digging into Trump a little deeper. As a conservative, I'm ashamed to call myself that sometimes because his one man war against the Democrats created a situation where Democratically held states felt they had to let people riot, pull the defund the police and all of the other things and overall destabilize not only the US but many other nations as well. Meanwhile, I'm listening to people go into the deep end with all sorts of conspiracies and whatnot.
I really appreciate and respect your patience with how you debate these students. I'd get kicked out 2 mins in by raising the question, "are you f*cking stupid?" Great job.
Thank you Amala. I am a mother with a seven-year-old and 10-year-old. I am a mom living in California and they recently started teaching LGBTQ+ topics to my 5th grader (shes 10), without notifying parents. I have decided to take her out of public school. It's a scary world we live in and it's sad that we can no longer trust the public school system to be open and honest with parents.
california is a rough place right about now. they introduced legislation making it that a child can get puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones without parental consent, even if they're coming from another state. be safe out there. monitor your children. there are tons of people out there with agendas looking to indoctrinate the young minds.
People are under the impression that children are outright incapable of learning about "adult" topics. This simply is not true, it is just something ingrained into our society as something taboo or inappropriate. While I dont agree with teachers doing this on their own volition, I also am not going to say that a child cannot learn of such things in a non-biased and controlled environment. Not every child is capable of this of course just as not everyone is fit to have children, but they still do.
So you think it's appropriate to force teacher to out their students to the parents, if the students come out as gay? Also, isn't this contrary to the concept of small government?
@@yatsuto6088 Yes, if that secret isn't something that is harmful to the student. Just being gay is not harmful. Also, some parents would no react well to that news, so school is the only place where they can be themselves
Amala is a treasure! I feel like she gets points across to the other side that no one else would be allowed to. She's so calm and logical, they have no choice but to acknowledge!
I’m an adult. In all the years I was in school, I can not think of a single time that any teacher ever spoke to me in class or privately about their personal life. Why do current day teachers struggle with this? Children who are forced to sit in a teachers classroom are not the teachers peers and it’s creepy for them to be treated as such.
My biology teacher in high school was that embarrassed when it came to us learning about the reproductive system so much, he used to roll a big tv out with an old vhs tape, press play....then he'd go in the big stationary cupboard and reorganise it for and hour 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You are so incredibly well-spoken and educated. The way you articulate your points are just mesmerizing and you have my respect for answering each question so calmly and civilly. I hope to one day be able to debate as well as you can. ♥️
Brilliant! What I really respect from you and others such as Matt Walsh, Michael Knowles, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens, et cetera is the sheer amount of patience you have. It is always the same Alinsky based questions. It is like they say "Oh! I got em this time!" and all they do is change the way they ask exactly the same things.
Election fraud is a real thing. During the 2016 presidential election, my wife who is liberal and typically votes liberal, wore a dress with the U.S. flag on it and when she was at her usual polling site they claimed they could not find her in the voter registry. They had her wait, once arriving at the front of the line, for 30~40 minutes before a supervisor was available to assist. When the supervisor came over to assist the poll worker find my wife's name, she quite literally pointed at the middle of the screen and said, "she's right there...." then on top of this they made her fill out an absentee ballot to vote. We monitored the website that shows if our votes were accepted, it never showed as recieved. I can only imagine how many times a situation similar to this was repeated accross the country. This person posing the "questions" is simply throwing trigger terms to denigrade the opposing position. He doesn't offer any facts himself with any citation yet calls republicans/conservatives deniers of never said facts. The fun fact is he uses the word bigot a few times not realizing his stance and words themselves fall in line with what a bigot's definition is.
Yes I agree and I believe both parties “have been” in it for a while. Watch Dr Shiva. He did some amazing data analysis of 2020 general election, where the trend goes in the opposite direction of the expected.
If you've been following politics for some years then you know there is ALWAYS claims of cheating, fraud, etc. 2016 was Russian meddling, when bush beat gore it was dead people voting, so on and so fourth. I feel like there is cheating every single presidential election, but it's a unspoken rule that you are supposed to shut up, concede, and move on. Whoever cheats the best wins. The problem with trump is he wasn't a career politician and hates to lose so he wouldn't let it go and made a huge deal about it ( which p#ssed off all the career politicians lol )
My mom worked at a polling site for at least 10 years. This was in the district that elected Jesse Jackson Jr. as their Rep even though he was corrupt and had completely disappeared at one point. She has told me many stories of shady and outright fraudulent acts. Her family migrated from Mexico over 70 years. She loves this country, and does everything fairly/justly. She is disgusted with how easy election fraud is, and how much its existence is denied.
@@TheGardenerNorth I agree. The problem is that the left in the US has control over most of the media, and therefore the narrative. Simply suggesting that people show a photo ID gets you accused of racism, suppression, etc. And the electronic voting is extremely susceptible to corruption/fraud. I'm not sure if you caught the news of the MLB all-star game that was supposed to be held in Atlanta in 2021. Georgia had changed their voting laws, and the narrative from left was immediate outrage, racism, voter suppression, etc. In actuality, it increased access. Well, the faux outrage was so much that the MLB moved it out of Atlanta (where minorities outnumber white people) costing local business owner millions. Meanwhile, they moved the game to lily-white Denver Colorado which had more restrictive voting laws than Georgia. Our whole election process is a disaster.

As a Floridian mother I really appreciate you helping to clear the air and tell the truth about the Parental Rights in Education bill. Excuse me but my son is 8 and he FEELS like playing Minecraft, that's what he feels like every day lol. At that age they don't have a complete understanding of what's a safe interaction or topic, or what grooming is. Having a stranger, yes teachers are barely more than strangers, talking to my children about how they should feel about a sexual situation or identity, or explaining scenarios without my knowledge is horrifying! How many educators have been arrested, just in the last 5 years for inappropriate relationships with their students? Values, morals, and sexuality issues are my job not the teachers. They should stick to the hard skills and let parents handle the soft skills.

I just LOVE Amala.
Breath of fresh air!
Amala is killin' it
In the fifth grade the only type of "sex ed" I got was about periods.

Guess where the period video was playing being watched by 75 girls... most awkward moment of my life.
And people will ask, "where were the parents?"
Exactly. Probably the parents were at home or work sending tweets mocking the "don't say gay"law and the "parent right to know" what is being taught in school. Sure, maybe their kids were raped by school teachers, but at least nobody can call them racist or homophobic. They voted Democrat.

california is a rough place right about now. they introduced legislation making it that a child can get puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones without parental consent, even if they're coming from another state. be safe out there. monitor your children. there are tons of people out there with agendas looking to indoctrinate the young minds.
Good for you mom! Protect your kid
As a bisexual, I support the don't say gay bill.
So you think it's appropriate to force teacher to out their students to the parents, if the students come out as gay? Also, isn't this contrary to the concept of small government?
Oh you’re just mad that gay people pretend you don’t exist.
@@technoloverish So you think it's appropriate for teachers to keep secrets of students from their own parents?
@@technoloverish anytime an adult is actively keeping secrets from a parent about their child, I question the intentions of that adult.
@@yatsuto6088
Yes, if that secret isn't something that is harmful to the student. Just being gay is not harmful. Also, some parents would no react well to that news, so school is the only place where they can be themselves
I like your style. It's very nice to see someone eloquently state facts and opinions without attacking the person asking the question.
Amala is a treasure! I feel like she gets points across to the other side that no one else would be allowed to. She's so calm and logical, they have no choice but to acknowledge!
She’s awesome. So poised, so intelligent. Her presentation is very easy to understand.
They don't.
My biology teacher in high school was that embarrassed when it came to us learning about the reproductive system so much, he used to roll a big tv out with an old vhs tape, press play....then he'd go in the big stationary cupboard and reorganise it for and hour 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@JustMyOpinion. that's so sweet 😂
You are so incredibly well-spoken and educated. The way you articulate your points are just mesmerizing and you have my respect for answering each question so calmly and civilly. I hope to one day be able to debate as well as you can. ♥️
That guy was like a box of rocks. Kudos to Amala for patiently explaining to him the basics. Wow. I couldn’t do it.
Yup. This “stewdint” has a bright future as a “journalism.”
Our whole election process is a disaster.
for a cuntry that claims to be no1 at everything, you damn sure have an oldass voting system
A school or kindergarden should NEVER have ANY books on sexuality, or have the right to teach any sexuality ever.
Facts and common sense cannot penetrate a mind conditioned by lies. But thank you Amala for trying.
Democrat ran, Warner Brothers discovery, owns 270 media outlets. NBC Universal owns 220 media outlets. It is also ran by a democrat. Democrat ran media outlets dominate our country. Now nearly every single one of them has no problem lying to the American people in order to get Democrats elected. How do we take the power away from these corporations. Are we supposed to stop watching TV, movies, reading books, listening to music, and avoid all media? They are multi media conglomerates.
You addressed every objection. At that moment he was not persuadable. But that kind of exchange is so valuable for the rest of the audience…and perhaps even him as he gets a little more informed. Well done.
No, she didn't address every objection. She dodged the question about Republicans denying election results, by saying the bigger issue is distrust of the government. I am a Republican but the big issue here is Trump followers refusing to accept reality and following a would be demigod.
@@mitchelpinion1852 It's fair to not comment on something you don't know enough about. That's why she didn't talk about the validity of elections, because she doesn't know enough. That's what she said. And that the FBI is doing a bunch of shady shit to influence people *prior* to elections, so regardless of election hacking as a reason to not trust the government - there are other reasons too. And that's the real problem. Whether that's a thing or not, people don't trust the government for other reasons, some of which we know for sure are valid. Even if that one isn't.
@@mitchelpinion1852 Well she's also not to be held accountable for the opinions of others right? The guy bringing up the election denial was a complete red herring anyways. It had virtually nothing to do with anything they were actually talking about.
My favorite part was when she said: “I’m not a religious person.” Plenty of secular people know that what they’re doing to kids is WRONG.
Absolutely!! It's like they think being conservative and irreligious or non-Christian are mutually exclusive, as I they've never heard of a Christian liberal either lol
opposite of religious is atheist. not secular. nobody in America is secular
Love it. You presented yourself articulately and with logic. ❤
This woman spoke NOTHING BUT TRUTH & FACTS
She lied about what's in the bill and that it doesn't target L+. Read the bill!
@@davidtitterington actually I did read the bill as a gay male. She did not lie but ok. I don't want my kids to go to school and learn about sex and other stuff from a young age. I should be the one who talks about it to them when they are older
I feel so bad for this young man. He obviously is having troubles thinking logically.
She nails it. Great job, Amala.
I am completely in love with Amala. Smart, informed, diplomatic, beautiful, kind, nough said.
Patience is the most critical skill she is learning and improving on, already she is doing well. The other thing is, neither one of them is screaming at each other, they are allowing each other to speak and share in the conversation, already this is far more mature than what you see on TV between full grown adults.
