What Kenyan Runners and Myself eat in a Day - (Kenyan Diet)

  • Welcome back to the channel, today I go over my diet here in Kenya and the diet of most Kenyan runners. There are quite some similarities although I have the luxury to vary a bit more in my diet. For lunch we have a variety of warm dishes, we have a warm meal during lunch and for dinner. Most Kenyans also eat rice with some beans or lentils for lunch. Or ugali, they eat ugali all day every day haha. Besides my diet I also have two trainings on the program, a longrun and a easy run. Let’s first start with my breakfast, let’s go!

    Nice video but overestimated calories in two exemple possible the pasta dish 700 calories and the last dish with 1000 calories
