Our creeks and rivers have been flooded down here in soflo so I can’t wait to get out there and walk/kayak fish again once the water levels have gone back down

The white river or buffalo river in arkansas would be amazing! They’re both loaded with smallies and trout, plus tons of other species
You could add the Little Red, Oachita and Spring rivers to the list

Nolan River float. Start upriver and end up at lake Whitney and work your way down. It's gorgeous. There's stripers, sand bass, largies, crappie, buffalo carp, commons, gator gar, long nose gar, spotted gar, spotted bass, and probably more. It's definitely my favorite river and I highly recommend it. Camping is relatively easy too
That Outro really got me, 100% spot on, gotta get out there and chase those memories while we still can!

I’d like to see you float Crooked Creek here in Arkansas. It has lots of good small mouth fishing and there’s always a chance at a Ozark Bass and of corse largemouth and spotted bass.

Last few years upper guad has taken quite a beating with lack of proper spring flow and droughts. Great catches.
Down south in Texas we got the arroyo Colorado that leads into a huge bay and then the ocean. The float could be awesome but might need ocean kayak if these aren’t enough.
You can find: Reds, all kinds of cats, carp, large mouth bass, tarpon, fresh water drum, Alligator Gar and a lot more. The closer you get to the ocean the more brackish water species you’ll find it’s it’s kinda like / fresh-brackish-salt in one trip.
Wherever you go next no doubt will be a banger

You guys should come up to Ohio and float the rocky river. You can get steelhead, smallies, largemouth, walleye, catfish, suckers, drum, and a ton of panfish

Im telling you Jon, a BFS setup in your hand on that stretch would’ve been a blast with those little guads and it’s way easier to be more accurate and faster with your casting. I just caught another 8 pounder on a 1.75” crankbait in Fort Worth on one of my BFS setups on 6 lb test. I’m gonna post that vid next week. You sealed it for me though I’m gonna head to hill country and try my luck at those rivers. Hooked off the grids channel made me want to try it initially and your devils trip and this one have me ready now! I’ve got a bunch of videos from the beautiful trinity 😂, slayed them on a 1/4 oz squarebill Saturday there.
Jon needs to see this.. if you ever get a hole in your kayak in the future like the one you did get a lighter your camp stove torch and melt the plastic and close the hole up use a knife or something like that and get the plastic melted and spread it like putty it works in a pinch I've been there and I've done it

Next trip I recommend some putty epoxy for those peksy holes. Try to work it in on both sides and let it harden for an hour. Flex tape can work in a pinch too. Even clay jammed in it will keep water or for a bit.

You can melt a soft plastic with a lighter against the hole for a solid temporary patch. Many roboworrms have fallen victim to this for me, cheers from California
You gotta do a kayak float on the american river and sac river here in California during the striper and shad run. That would be an awesome trip and I would definitely watch that series.
You should come to Arizona and float the upper salt river there’s tons of bass and big catfish
I know that exact spot where youre eating under the bridge. I fish the guadalupe all the time, small spinners, crank baits, and even small whopper ploppers work great there. I typically take a few micro light spinning rods and a big fish on there is always a good time. Cool vid bro, I live about 45 minutes from there.
I've got a spring fed clear river in ga with spot, largemouth, stripers, redeye bass cats,hill carp and possibly a trout or fresh water drum if yall wanted to make the trip

Go floating down the ocklawaha river in Florida, I went down there as a summer trip in a canoe and saw some MONSTER bass, gar and alligators. Crazy video!
Jon I got a perfect place for you to go! Head on down to The Woodlands and fish lake Paloma (Taylor pond) there is a boat ramp and you can go on and put your kayak in there. absolutely heck of a time out on the water, caught some decent 6 and 7 pounders in there. I can't wait for you to go!!!
