Idk about that. But I do agree with not being a fan of some of the googan quality. For example, the hammer hook wtf is that thing. One of the worst hooks eeevvvveeeerrrrrrr designed. Sorry Googan, just sharing my honest opinion. I do like the bandito bugs but that's all.

I'm new to bass fishing and Baitcast rigs. I've noticed that the soft baits used in a lot of googan videos slide away from the hook when they are bringing in a fish. How do you set up your rig to do that?
It's just what happens a majority of the time throwing weightless plasticslike a senko or soft swimbait on an EWG hook(extra wide gap - you skin hook the top of the bait).

you guys should get a couple more belts made, have an actual set of googan team belts, you could have a big fish belt, and that one as the top bag belt. then whenever you guys are together if one person holds a belt the other guys can challenge for that belt, or the team belts. just something i think would be cool and new. plus on those really big get togethers you can have several teams competing for several or all the belts at one time. imagine having LFG and JonB in the boat, and LFG has the current big bass belt, but 1Rod and Lojo have the team belts, and Jon lands a 9 and ends up taking the big bass belt off his partner but they win the team belts. kinda fun with friends. and to keep the big bass belt from jumping all over, have a min requirement, like has to be over a 7 to take the belt. just a fun idea i think you guys could make work.
