Great review...I've literally just bought the AM moisturising lotion and I wish I hadn't now after seeing this review! I'm a male who usually uses Bulldog's Oil Control moisturiser and I was hoping CeraVe would be better! I guess I should just try it out anyway and see what the results are like!

@@TopBoi93 Had a bad allergic reaction to the AM one due to the sunscreen ingredients - eyes were streaming and puffy and skin felt like it was burning. The PM one is absolutely excellent though!

Thank you for making this video! It's so confusing because the British pm and American pm lotions are exactly the same but with different packaging!
I just started using the pm lotion two weeks ago and I totally agree with you! the am cream is the same here in greece, only spf 25, not worth it... and I too get so frustrated with all these products that areonly available in the usa!!!!!!!

The US and UK are not the same versions. In US ceramides are higher in ingredience list than in UK. Also you get more aroud 90ml vs in UK around 52ml for same price.

Can I use the cerave am mosturizer at night? Will there be a prob?
I used both the AM and the PM. However I only use the AM in the winter (aggressive, no sun at all winter).
Is it necessary to buy both of the moisturizers for day and night or can I use the pm moisturizer both in the morning/evening
The PM one is great to use twice a day just make sure to apply a sunscreen over the top in the day time xx

I love the PM moisturizer. I use it AM and PM. I'm not a fan of the AM. I prefer Purito Unscented Green Level SPF over the Cerave PM moisturizer.

The AM stings my eyes I think the chemical uv filters makes my eyes allergic
I don’t know if it’s a stupid question or not, but I’m kinnddaa confused.. ? Can you use the PM moisturizer at morning and night or only at night because it’s a PM moisturizer?. Or do you need to but both of them and use AM for morning and then the PM for night ? PLEASE help!!!
you can use the PM one in the morning (AM), but you just need to be sure to add an SPF over it for daytime protection

I don’t think you need the am moisturizer if you have a sunscreen and a normal moisturizer 🤷🏻♂️so yes u can!?
Thanks for the video but the CeraVe AM American version has SPF 30, while the UK is 25. Also, I don't know about EU/UK regulation but the label for the UK version doesn't claim to be "broad-spectrum" nor have any zinc oxide on the ingredient list. Don't think the 2 are identical.

Would be interesting to hear your views on Pyankang Yul. That’s a brand also interested in improving your skin barrier. I can’t use the day Cerave product as it contains homosalate. I hope they release their tinted SPF in the UK.
They’re ingredients list are amazing! Next time I do an online shop I will definitely grab some to review! 😘 I wish we had more of a CeraVe variety here in the UK, there is a huge gap!

I wish we can get the US version of the pm lotion here in the UK- 89ml over 52ml for the same price plus their retinol and vitamin c serums
You can from a site called i herb. They had a deal on so I got both am and pm for £11 each

i've been using the regular moisturising lotion for my face for almost two years due to the massive price advantage (you get 236 ml instead of 52 ml). the only downside is the absence of niacinamide. have you ever tried the moisturising lotion for your face?
Not the big one no! Is it the same consistency or is it slightly thicker?

You can get the Cerave US products in the UK from a site called iherb. That’s where I get the am and pm moisturiser. Europe has too many restrictions on products that make it hard to find good products that work. I use epiduo most night which I get with a prescription but I think it’s stupid how you can’t just buy it. Only good thing is that I don’t have to pay for it.

Cerave is a mainstay for me. You can't go wrong with their products. Free from all the nasties! Excellent value. Would love them to expand their range in the UK. Come on Cerave!!!!!

Loved this, I just bought the PM one today after deciding not to repurchase the AM one since the SPF is too low!! Also WHY CANT WE HAVE THE VITAMIN C AND RETINOL HERE Americans are so spoiled with their cerave range

I love you’re videos!!!! I can’t find where to buy the pm moisturiser but I bought the cereve hydrating cleanser lotion and cream and my skin has calmed down so much i feel so much more confident in my skin :)

I buy the American version from Amazon, maybe its a mental thing but I dont get why the UK Cerave products get boring packaging also we get all the basic stuff from their brand, i reammy want the resurfacing retinol to be available in the UK

Adam....I also like these products....maybe is the formulation of the products the reason why we don't get the American products....and honestly you guys in the UK have more options...here in continental Europe, we have very little options as far as Cerave products....I use the am creme as a base and then my regular hada labo sunscreen...???
Hey! Yeah I got told by a friend that the SA cleanser isn’t even stocked in France!? Crazy! Great that the AM lotion has found a place in your routine! I’m excited to use it more frequently in the colder months as I know it’ll be a great match as well as layer a separate SPF on top x

Nooo you don’t need both I just wouldn’t use the moisturiser with SPF in the evening xx
Your pm cream looks alot different. Ours is more of a light gel cream for normal to oily skin. Have you ever tried the cerave lotion for normal to dry skin in the pump. I love this one you can use it all over your body even your face. In the winter i usually switch over to the cerave cream that is thicker. They now make it in a large tube instead of having to buy the one in the big tub that you have to dig in with your hands😃

I prefer the UK/EU packaging. I think it's just a more modern, sleek look compared to the American packaging.
Can you use the PM moisturizer at morning and night or only night? The difference with the AM version is just only the SPF?
Hey! Yeah you can use the PM moisturizer in the mornings as well just follow with a separate spf of 30 or 50 😘
@@AdamRobertLamb Thanks for your reply!!! And something else if you know...i've heard about sunscreens:Chemical sunscreens can use after you have cleansed your face before the moisturizer and physical sunscreens can use after the moisturizer, is this true?
All sunscreens apply as the last step in your skincare routine 😘

The American AM isn’t good, it balls up pretty badly. But the PM is outstanding

This is thee most frustrating thing about cerave for me ! They do many products and we only have a sprinkle of what the US has 😭😭😭

The UK packaging is nicer than we get in the US. It's a good moisturizer, but it doesn't look too cute on the shelf LOL

It already has niacinamide so save yourself some cash. This is a great cream. I have very sensitive skin and this was a godsend as it doesnt irritate me at all

Hi! Can I use the pm moisturizer lotion after the AHA BHA toner?
I have been wondering the same thing. I have heard that it’s fine but to wait about 15-30 minutes before applying because the niacinamide can lower the PH of the BHA and it wouldn’t be as affective so that’s what I do just to be safe.

@@anikaislam2543 It's supposed to be a moisturizer with sunscreen so ideally it shouldve been enough. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and my skin got used to it now.

@@anikaislam2543 i have dry cheeks and under eyes and oily t zone. So, for me I noticed significant smoothness and glow ever since I started using this product. I also noticed that when I get acne it goes away faster! A lot of ppl find the AM cream too thick but for me, I think it's because it doesn't have petroleum, but i have to wash my face and reapply in the middle of the day sometimes because my skin starts feelings dry. Overall I recommend it 100%
