I lost 80lbs. My secret was I just kept saying "no". After a change (gor me low carb) given enough time you will change IF you are consistent.

Love this channel, since coming across it!! Totally agree about consistency…I outfitted my garage with everything needed to accomplish my needs. I’m also a Leo and did great for a year. Then life, and mainly the job, interrupts it becoming easy to fall off the routine. I’m trying to get back at, as it helps mentally deal with the demons…great channel, man! Please keep it up!!!

I worked hard. I was on a strict, clean diet and worked out everyday. I managed to lose 85lbs in 2 months. I went from 380 to 295, but I just lost motivation and went back up to 315. I'm gonna start up again and go through with it.
It's tough man. Don't get discouraged, you did it before and you can do it again.

P90X while wearing a weighted vest (or plate carrier if you want to be the most tactical version of yourself) and 16 hour bouts of starvation... Also known as intermittent fasting, for the layman... Though I've never achieved the road map of Colorado on my forearms like you have.
I periodically run intermittent fasting. I've seen great results with it man.

I am unfortunately in the 80%. LOL Work gets overwhelming and workouts will drop off to a bare minimum for a few months...then winter hits...I'll start working out more consistently and repeat. LOL

I’ve been looking into “combat fitness” do to something I’ve heard people say at range days that survival comes to fitness, the mental and physical and flexibility fitness level to complete task. The hardest part of me regime is rest. I work 16-18 hours a day round the clock and physical labor so recovery is difficult
Physical and mental fitness need to be worked on a lot to survive encounters. You can have the best gear in the world and if you cannot walk 10 feet in it without being gassed, you are no use to anyone.

So why do some people like to wear heavy clothing at the gym? Stuff like sweat shirts and sweat pants seem common while I’m in shorts and a t-shirt sweating like crazy. Do they do this to sweat more or is their a benefit to it that I don’t get?
Heat helps with joint pain. I can't speak for others, but I often wear sweaters when I workout to keep my muscles and joints warm.
