The techniques and understanding of the geometry involved in a work out were taught to me many years ago when I first began bodybuilding.
As a result I became bigger quicker, but more importantly I maintained proportion. I never looked as though I had a favourite muscle group to train.
Im 61 now but still have the same proportions and muscle density because of this.
It’s good to see that these most basic but vital facts are still being taught by trainer’s like yourself.
An excellent tutorial.
What I like about this is that it takes the ego out of weight training. The entire focus is on optimising form and maximising the muscle contraction, not on the number of weight discs or size of the dumbbell.

I've seen a lot of fitness instructors on UA-cam but you are far and away the best I've ever seen. So passionate about the learning and understanding aspect which is something I really appreciate. Not just videos of "hey just do this and make sure to do it 17 times", but "here's an exercise, here's WHY it works, this is how the resistance bands work, and this is what it accomplishes for you and your body". Absolutely brilliant!!!

These are very high quality bands.. use gloves. The gloves on his site are very good but and i would reccomend them but case get some flexible work gloves at home depot

Yea I bought the bands and I tell you what you do feel the burn and my biceps I get fast results in diffrent positions where I can get both heads for a quick work out.

For the lat pull down I am thinking if you could get you elbows in the band so that you're pulling at the elbow. Did I explain myself y'all?
I have noticed in your earlier training video (near the river) you did a bent over row with the thumbs pointed out. In this video you show a bent over row 12:52 with the thumbs not turning out. Is this a different exercise with a different focus/ result, or was it changed for health / safety reasons?
just do the variant that feels best for you. Hand placement doesn't have much of an impact on back exercises imo. I'd say on bicep exercises you should have close attention to hand placement to get the most peak contraction.

This is PE class not a workout to follow! You should make videos that have only workouts with full reps like fitness blender something easy to follow with minimum instructions.
I suggest you stick to watching fitness blender, instead of telling people what they should be doing for your sake!
