everyone needs to find something that makes you feel as much joy as kyle feels covering motley crue songs. i actually swear that i hate 80s / sunset strip / "hair metal," but these covers got me to go back and listen to Motley Crue etc, and man, there are some amazing songs in there

Videos like these make me notice little parts of songs that I never heard back in the day. I never noticed the strong bass drum beat at the end of the song.(but not after the song itself stopped.) Great stuff.
Great job dude. Always feel like Tommy gets lumped into this group of hair metal musicians that people say lack talent but I disagree. While he may not have the most chops he’s an amazing drummer. Tons of cool phrases in this song that ain’t easy to play. Well done sir, gonna learn this one.
Did anyone say hair metal people lack talent? You can say the music sucks or lacks soul, but it's still technically impressive. All or most zeppelin songs are about sleeping around, but they're amazingly difficult to sing or play on an instrument.
@@shawn576 well zeppelin isn’t hair metal and most of their songs actually aren’t about sleeping around, they are a band with a wide range of sounds and lyrics that have substance. Hair metal bands like Motley Crue, guns and roses Bon Jovi are typically said to be easy to play by most musicians.

Good Times Bad Times is about women, Whole Lotta Love is about women, Ramble On is about women, Trampled Under Foot is about women. Most songs in general seem to be about women or sex. I swear 90% of country songs are about "girl I'm gonna love ur mouth" and "you got them jeans painted on".
Absolutely love the Crue covers! I was in high school during the Girls, Girls, Girls tour. I saw them at Market Square Arena in Indianapolis. They filmed the video for Wild Side at that concert. Ugh, I'm so fucking old! 😒 Anyway, excellent job as always! Your enthusiasm is contagious!

My grandpa used to do security in Houston and he got to ride on a front of a bike backstage with tommy lee driving it, he also got a pair of his sticks and said if I get good enough at drumming I can have them(maybe)
