Nostalgia of my apartments old EST IRC-3 system. We had 7002s but many of them sounded very similar. We now have a 2019 EST3 with Genisi , specifically Xenon ones on High Volume Code 3.
My dad’s former gym has Wheelock 7002T’s paired with Pyrotronics MS-51’s. There’s also some Exceders in a renovated shower room and racquetball courts and an NS and BG-12 in a redesigned workout room.
theres a elementary school where i live that has wheelock 7001ts theres maybe 300 its a big school over the years 40 have been replaced but many still remain
In my school I was just I was just with a reading teacher and someone was like choking or getting sick and they and the teacher lifted the stopper that made the sound.
The only 7002-T’s that I have ever heard in person were extremely sick. They were at my local high school. The system is a Simplex 4100U that replaced an older Pyrotronics panel from the early 80’s. The “new” system is all addressable but they kept the old Pyrotronics rebranded 7002-T’s. When I heard them, they were extremely quiet to the point that it was hard to tell that they were sounding even when I was standing right underneath one. I think that the skipping of the horn may affect the life span because most videos that I have seen of 34t’s have sounded great. Sadly, the 4100U system and the 7002-T’s have less than a year left before they are taken out of service. This is because my town is building a new high school to replace the old one that will open in August. Upon opening of the new one, the old one will be demolished. I think that they have been holding off on replacing failing devices unless absolutely necessary because of this.
If you were to hear them when they work properly, you’d prb be surprised by just how loud they really are. They’re prb one of the loudest DC mechanical horns that exist
@@SirensAndAlarmsOfNorthernIL they are par in volume imo. I find my 6020 horn configurations loud as hell while the 7002T is in between, though it could be because my 7002t has a horn that refuses to work right unless the configuration is in a specific spot
@@SirensAndAlarmsOfNorthernIL Sadly, I don’t think I ever will. They are becoming rarer and rarer. Most of them are also not healthy. I think this is because of their age. The skipping may also shorten the lifespan of the horn.
My church is hugs but the youth center area only has two pull stations one in a classroom and one by the fire doors connecting to the new area nothing else
Even if they are raspy, they still sound cool. I personally love old alarms.
Gotta love when every device has its own tone as well as the pace of which the strobe skips. Nice video!
The 7002t a classic that never gets hated!!!
Love 7000 series devices! Honestly the Pyrotronics rebrand and the 7002t in the fire museum sounded amazing for their age.
I couldn’t tell whether the 7002t’s that I saw today had a black grille or a silver one because they were so darn dusty inside

Gotta love the 7002Ts! ❤
Awesome! Love the 7002Ts!
Awesome video as always 👍🏻
Great video!
Believe it or not, I used to think that 7002t’s coding cant be changed and it would stay on continuous
Oh, basically, my mall system, but it's 7002ts 7002s and 7001s and tune them raspy horns it takes a tiny hex rench
Can you do a system test using 4903, and 2901 simplex mechanical horns? | Also, great video, love 7002T's they are such unique devices!
Thanks
Really cool!
Nice bro!
W video as usual!

been in I'm iuy8😊😅😅😅
In my gym has wheelock 7002T and wheelock MT
3:41 the alarms
FIRE 🔥
I think the next one you should do every generation of system sensor for the next test
The Willocks of 1002 tees they take sometimes when they go off so it kind of sounds like a clock when they take😊

Very awesome video, one of my favorite alarms. What's the average usable service life of an alarm?
4:10 That sound of the wheelock electromechanical fire alarm 💀💀💀
Cool!
The one in the fire museum sounds like my 7002t-12
Neat
Fancy
You should do system sensor speaker strobes! (Be-it Classics Advances Maybe even L series mixed) Obviously with BG-12's
If I get enough devices to make up a system sure
8:18 that’s what she said
🍷 🗿
Lol

They were probably out of adjustment
Will you save the exit signs?

The wheelock 7001t sounds like a toothbrush
Can you do a system with wheelock exeders
Do you have a Simplex 4037-1 in your collection?
I do not.
My elementary school had 3 of these

Perhaps at some point
if you want at some point i can send you a lumacell remote head
What's with all the jump cuts?
What are you referring to? Provide timestamps
By the way you should get the LED L-Series
