The pull station at 0:30, that's the same one we have in our building I live in in my apartment. 4:08 the Simplex 4050-80, Davis School had that when I was in kindergarten. 2:05 the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Brockton has the Simplex 2903, but at Gilmore School where I attended 1-3 grade, was a Simplex 2901-9806 with same strobe.
One alarm that I can simply never find and have only seen pictures of is the Ceiling mount Wheelock NH. Which is the ceiling mount Wheelock NS but with no strobe. This alarm is really rare and nobody seems to notice. I’ve never seen one in the wild before. The only pictures I’ve seen of it are from manuals and not from actual buildings.

My old school has a weird system… it’s mostly EST Genesis but some 892s are located variously around the building… When it goes off the Genesis mostly only goes off but the 892 stays off. I only heard the 892 go off once. We also have some ceiling mount spectralerts but they are only located at the preschool room. My current system is Pyrotronic Bells with Simplex 2904s with Wheelock NSs and 9333s on Simplex Strobe plates. There is also one Gentex GMS in the third grade bathroom. And in my camp are MA/SS 24s with a ceiling mount and one outdoor one with a yellowed strobe. At the upper building mostly spectralert classics.

with some of those simplex t bar pulls you don't need to pull it for the system to activate it just needs to be opened with the key. Found that out the hard way when testing/replacing an old fire system in a school.

The pull stations had 3 call points: one labeled "EVACUATION", one labeled "LOCKDOWN", and one labeled "TORNADO". The alarms were bells/horns with 2 light plates overlapping each other: one with red lamp and one with blue lamp. When you activate the "EVACUATION" call point, all alarms sound in code 3, red lamp flashes, and the panel to the left goes off. This is used during fires, chemical leaks, and other things (7:10). When you activate the "TORNADO" call point, all alarms go off in march time, blue lamps start flashing, and the panel to the right goes off. This is used for weather emergencies (3:26). When you pull the "LOCKDOWN" pull station, all alarms go off in continuous, lamps alternate red and blue, and middle panel goes off. This is for when antifurry(s) are spotted on campus (12:11).

Considering you have a home made panel, why does it take a few seconds for the alarms to activate. I’m pretty sure you are just using like relays and stuff like that.
I have a time delay relay that has an adjustable activation time, it's meant to act as a verification system. The panel that came before this one activated immediately, making it a really nice potential false alarm magnet.
Wish you had a Federal Signal 450D C2 where the 2903 is but those are hard asf to get because they are really rare. Though I believe you cannot take the strobe off the C2 because mine is soldered on

Not sure, honestly. I could give it a try but it really depends on what's wrong with it. If it's a single part like a capacitor then I could replace that pretty easily, but if it's an IC or something small then it would probably just be better to wait for a working integrity eBay.

Incandescent 24V 5W E10 base. The base is pretty easy to find on eBay, the lights not so much. If you want incandescent, you're probably going to have to buy from overseas, LEDs should be easier to get if you're into that, though they wont fade in and out like these do.

It looks like an MT mix with an N mix with a CH 70 but mounted sideways And it had a fire light BG 10 fire light I think a fire light BG 12 and in the gym there were there was a strobe with a bell and all of them were BG sixes. The school was made 100 years ago was made in 1924, but we confuse me the most is that I can’t find it no matter what I’ve looked through videos of the school, I’ve looked through like pictures and I just can’t find the exact alarm and I can’t find the noise that it made except it wouldn’t sync with the other strokes so it was all like flashing, but it was like a mix of like code 3, and whooping
Take a flathead screwdriver and pry back the tabs on the horn mechanism of your WGMS a tiny bit. It'll help with the raspiness of it. This should work for any device that uses a Faraday series D1 horn mechanism (Federal Signal 450D-D1, GMH/GMS, Siemens/CP/Faraday/Harrington U-HN/U-HNH, Simplex 4901-9805 and 4903 series EM horns, etc).
The ones next to the smoke detectors? Those are Simplex 4904 lights, they come in the same varieties as 2903 lights do, 9001, 9002, etc. Mine are the 120v versions, but I replaced those with 24v DC lights for convenience.
A couple things you should have in your to do list Announciator for the bedroom Strobe for the bathroom And a smoke detector upstairs (You don’t have to do it)
eBay is the go-to place for fire alarms, hands down. I've seen some people get interesting things at this place called ReStore, but the one near my house is just awful.
Think of it as some sort of industrial thrift store. I've seen some people get devices from the 90s like the 4903-9219 for cheap. Like I said, though, don't get your hopes too high as I've been to the one near me and it's been pretty lackluster. But yeah, ReStore can have a lot of cool stuff, lighting, furniture, refrigerators, toilets, backboxes, etc
